مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنقذ أربعينية من مضاعفات حاده لعملية سمنة سابقة

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عبر فريق طبي متخصص بعلاج السمنة، في إنهاء معاناة مراجعة بالعقد الرابع من العمر، كانت قد خضعت لعمليات سمنة سابقة (تكميم وجراحة تحويل مسار مصغر للمعدة) قبل 5 سنوات، نتج عنها العديد من المضاعفات الخطيرة أبرزها ارتجاع المريء الحاد والمزمن والتقرحات الشديدة بالمريء من الدرجة الثالثة وفتق كبير، بالإضافة إلى عدم القدرة على أداء المهام اليومية.

هذا ما أوضحه الدكتور حفظي الرطروط استشاري الجراحة العامة والسمنة والمناظير، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
والذي أضاف بأنه عند وصول المراجعة للعيادة، والإستماع إلى شكواها والإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي، تبين أنها راجعت العيادة بعد معاناة طويلة استمرت لسنوات وعدم القدرة على تناول الطعام، نتيجة إرتجاع المريء الحاد والمتزايد بصورة شبه يومية، خاصة في الشهور الأخيرة قبل الوصول للمستشفى ، وعلى الفور تم إخضاعها لمجموعة من التحاليل المخبرية والفحوصات بالأشعة المقطعية (C.T Scan)، بالإضافة إلى عمل منظار علوي للمعدة، وقد كشفت النتائج عن صعود شبه كامل للمعده إلى منطقه الصدر بجوار القلب، مع وجود فتق كبير بالحجاب الحاجز، بالإضافه إلى حدوث إلتواء بمنطقه الأمعاء المتصله بالمعده، ناتجه عن فشل عمليه تحويل مسار المعده السابقه.

مفيداً بأن المراجعة خضعت لعملية معقدة استغرقت 3 ساعات متواصلة تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها استخدام المنظار الجراحي عبر إجراء 4 فتحات صغيرة جداً لا تتعدى (1) سم في البطن، إذ تمت الجراحة على أربع مراحل، بدأت بإزالة الالتصاقات وتحرير المعده الملتصقه بالرئة ومنطقه الصدر، وإعادتها لمكانها الطبيعي داخل التجويف البطني، تبع ذلك إصلاح فتق الحجاب الحاجز، ومن ثم إعادة توصيل الأمعاء الدقيقة وإعادتها لحالتها الطبيعية ، بالإضافة إلى إزالة التواء الأمعاء، وتكوين معدة جديدة خالية من التقرحات، واشتملت المرحلة الأخيرة بالعملية على إجراء جراحة تحويل مسار كلاسيكي للمعدة.
