"عمار العقارية" و"مصادر العقارية" و"السعياني العقارية" يطرحون مخطط "ماس النموذجي" للبيع في مزاد علني نهاية أكتوبر الحالي

تعتزم شركة "عمار العقارية" و"مصادر العقارية" و"السعياني العقارية" طرح مخطط "ماس" النموذجي للبيع في مزاد علني يُقام الإثنين القادم 30 اكتوبر في قاعة المها بفندق كيمبنسكي العثمان- الخبر.
ويعتبر مخطط "ماس" مشروعًا لوجستيًا نموذجيًا جاهزًا للبناء، وهو يُعتبر من أحدث المُخططات التي تُناسب إنشاء المستودعات، وتطوير مرافقها المتنوعة، لتكون مركزًا مثاليًا للأعمال اللوجستية، ومشاريع التخزين والإمداد.
يمتد المُخطط على مساحة رحبة تبلغ 427 ألف مترٍ مربعٍ، وهو يتربع في موقعٍ استراتيجيٍ فريدٍ من نوعه في مدينة الظهران بالمنطقة الشرقية، جنوب المدينة الصناعية الثانية بالدمام، بالقرب من شركة "أرامكو السعودية"، ومجموعة من كبرى الشركات الوطنية والعالمية، وعلى مسافة قريبة من ميناء الملك عبدالعزيز بالدمام الذي يُمكن الوصول إليه وإلى كافة مناطق الأعمال في المنطقة بكل سلاسة من خلال مجموعة من الطرق الرئيسة أبرزها طريق بقيق الظهران السريع.
يتمتع مخطط "ماس" ببنية تحتية متكاملة، حيث تم تجهيزه بكافة شبكات الكهرباء، والهاتف، والمياه، والصرف الصحي، إضافة إلى الشوارع المُعبدة والأرصفة وأعمدة الإنارة، التي تم تنفيذها بأعلى مستويات الجودة لتمنح المشروعات المُقامة عليه الاستدامة، والقيمة المرتفعة.
يتكون المخطط من أربعة مناطق رئيسية، وتعتبر المنطقة المخصصة للمستودعات هي الجزء الأكبر والأهم والتي تم تصميم بنيتها التحتية وخدماتها ومساحات أراضيها بناء على الاحتياج الفعلي الحالي والمستقبلي لهذا التجمع اللوجستي الكبير.
ولكون سكن العمالة والموظفين مطلباً مهماً في المشاريع المتكاملة فقد تم تخصيص أراضي لذلك في الجزء الثاني من المُخطط، كما تم تخصيص الجزء الثالث والرابع من المُخطط لمناطق الخدمات المساندة والمرافق الحكومية والخدمات التجارية الأخرى.
