شهد القطاع العقاري في المنطقة الشرقية، توقيع اتفاقية شراكةٍ إستراتيجيةٍ بين السيد محمد بن سالمين النهدي، والسيد عبد الله بن عامر النهدي، تمَّ بناءً عليها الاستحواذ على أرضٍ نموذجيةٍ تمتد على مساحة 1,631,714 مترًا مربعًا لتطويرها. وذلك بحضور السيد مبارك بن سالمين النهدي، والسيد عامر بن عبد الله النهدي، والسيد عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله النهدي.

"ولادة الدمام" يحيي ذكرى يوم التأسيس بـ 14 ركناوسيشكّل المشروع الجديد الذي ستبلغ تكلفته الإجمالية أكثر من 1.25 مليار ريال، إضافةً نوعيةً للمشروعات العقارية في المنطقة الشرقية، التي تواكب برامج جودة الحياة وأنسنة المُدن، ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030، حيث تمَّ تخطيط الأرض وتصميمها؛ لتوفّر بيئةً سكنيَّةً وتجاريَّةً عصريَّةً مُفعمةً بالرفاهيَّة، تتضمَّن بحيرات، وحدائق ومتنزهات، وكافة المرافق الخدميَّة والترفيهيَّة، كما سيجري العمل على تطوير الأرض بأعلى معايير الجودة العالميَّة في تأسيس بنيتها التحتيَّة؛ مما سيجعل المشروع الوجهةَ الأولى للسكن والاستثمار العقاري في المنطقة.
وتتميَّز الأرض بموقعها الإستراتيجيِّ الفريد من نوعه في ملتقى مدن حاضرة الدمام الثلاث: (الخُبَر- الظهران - الدمام)، حيث تقع على طريق الملك عبد العزيز (الظهران/ بقيق)، وطريق مجلس التعاون (أبو حدرية) الذي يربط البحرين والخبر والدمام. كما تتميَّز الأرض بموقعها المُحاذي لمشروع بحيرات الخُبَر أحد أكبر المجمَّعات السكنيَّة المغلقة في المنطقة، علاوةً على قُربها من حيِّ أجيال السكني الذي يُعتبر من أكبر مشروعات شركة أرامكو السكنيَّة النموذجيَّة، ويحتضن العديد من المرافق الترفيهيَّة والخدميَّة التي أضفت على المكان حيويةً وازدهارًا.
وتجاور الأرض أيضًا المركز الترفيهي السياحي "أجيال ووك" بالظهران، الذي يوفِّر مجموعةً من الأنشطة التجاريَّة والترفيهيَّة والسياحيَّة، تتضمَّن المطاعم والمقاهي والمتاجر الراقية، إضافةً إلى ممشى ومسطَّحات خضراء، والتي تساهم في تعزيز جودة حياة السكان في المنطقة. ويُتيح الموقع المتميِّز للأرض الوصول إلى كافة المعالم الرئيسيَّة في مدن حاضرة الدمام بكل يُسرٍ وسُهولة.
