خلافات الجيرة.. كواليس مقتل شاب بعد وصلة تعذيب في طنطا

نجح رجال المباحث في القبض على المتهم بقتل شاب بعد وصلة ضرب بسبب خلافات الجيرة في طنطا.
تلقى قسم شرطة أول طنطا بمديرية أمن الغربية إخطارًا من أحد المستشفيات يفيد باستقبالها جثة نجار، مقيم بدائرة القسم، مصاب بكدمات بالرأس ونزيف بالفم.
بالفحص وسؤال نجله اتهم عاطل، مقيم بذات العنوان، بالتعدي على والده بالضرب على رأسه، مما أدى لحدوث إصابته التي أودت بحياته لخلافات الجيرة.
وعقب تقنين الإجراءات تم ضبطه، وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكابه الواقعة لذات الخلافات، واتخذت الجهات المختصة الإجراءات القانونية.

وكانت النيابة قد أوضحت أن عقوبة جريمة التحرش، إن وقعت الجريمة في مكان عمل أو دراسة أو إيواء أو رعاية، السجن مدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات وبغرامة مالية تصل إلى 300 ألف ريال، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
وأضافت: "يحق لكل من اطلع على حالة تحرش إبلاغ الجهات المختصة، لاتخاذ ما تراه".
