عاجل - الشرقية تتصدر.. الصحة: 597 قرارًا في وفيات الأخطاء الطبية

كشفت وزارة الصحة عن إحصائيات بشأن وفيات الأخطاء الطبية خلال العام الماضي، حيث أصدرت الهيئات الصحية الشرعية 597 قرارًا متعلقًا بوفيات ناتجة عن أخطاء طبية.
وأوضح تقرير صادر عن الوزارة أن نسبة الإدانة في هذه القضايا بلغت 29% فقط، حيث صدر 173 قرار إدانة، فيما قررت الهيئات عدم الإدانة في 424 حالة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

وفي المقابل، تصدرت الأحساء قائمة قرارات عدم الإدانة بـ 77 قرارًا، تلتها المدينة المنورة بـ 72 قرارًا، ثم عسير بـ 61 قرارًا، والشرقية بـ 56 قرارًا، وأخيرًا الرياض بـ 52 قرارًا.
