بفضل من الله سبحانه وتعالى وبرعاية كريمة من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير خالد الفيصل، مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين، أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة، نظم المجلس العربي لإدارة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة بمدينة جدة بفندق الريتز كارلتون، المؤتمر الدولي لإدارة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة.

. بكت أمام فستان الزفاف الأبيض فأبكت كل المصريينوبشراكة استراتيجية مع عدد من الجهات الحكومية والوزارات المعنية، بما في ذلك وزارة البلديات والإسكان، ووزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، ووزارة التعليم، ووزارة الحج والعمرة، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الصحية بوزارة الدفاع، والشركة السعودية للكهرباء، وبالتعاون مع مجموعة من الهيئات والمنظمات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.
وصاحب انعقاد المؤتمر إقامة عدد إحدى عشر ورشة عمل وبرنامجين تدريبيين عن التميز في إدارة الأصول والإدارة المحترفة للمرافق فضلا عن إقامة معرض الأصول والمرافق AFM Expo والذي ضم أجنحة لحوالي 60 جهة، وقد شارك بالمؤتمر حوالي مئة متحدث خبير من 24 دولة قدموا خبراتهم من خلال ستة عشر جلسة وحلقة نقاش وقد استضاف المؤتمر جلسة خاصة للمنظمة الدولية للصيانة IMA .
حيث تم تقديم دليل للمشروع الدولي لرقمنة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة.
وبناء على ماتم طرحه من أوراق عمل وماشهده المؤتمر من مداخلات ومناقشات يوصي المشاركون بالمؤتمر بما يلي:
1- حث مختلف المنشئات بالاهتمام بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوفير البيئة والإجراءات المناسبة لتفعيل تطبيقها في إدارة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة، لما لها من تأثير كبير في رفع جودة الأداء وتقليل التكاليف وعلى تحسين أساليب دعم قرارات الصيانة وضرورة مراعاة متطلبات الامن السيبراني لحماية منظومات التشغيل والصيانة وتخصيص الية واضحة في ادارة الصيانة والمرافق لتحديث تطبيقات ومراجعات الامن السيبراني والتركيز على تقييمات مخاطر الأصول وحساسية الأنظمة لرفع الموثوقية وتقليل المخاطر.
2- يوصي المشاركون بالاستفادة من الوثيقة الإرشادية لخطوات التحول الرقمي في مجال إدارة المرافق والصيانة التي قدمتها المنظمة الدولية للصيانة IMA خلال المؤتمر ووضع مؤشرات قياس للتعرف على جدوى خطوات التحول لتسهيل تبادل التجارب والخبرات بين الدول العربية ومقارنتها بما تم تحقيقه عالمياً في هذا المجال.
3- أن يقوم المجلس العربي لإدارة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة بوضع منهجية ودليل إرشادي لتطوير برامج التعليم والتدريب في الدول العربية لمواكبة متطلبات التطبيقات الرقمية في إدارة أعمال المرافق والصيانة ويدعون المجلس الى تنظيم برامج دبلوم عالي او ماجستير تنفيذي في مجال رقمنة الصيانة.
4- أن يتبنى المجلس العربي لإدارة الأصول والمرافق والصيانة إطلاق منصة إلكترونية على بوابة المجلس على الانترنت لإتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الخبرات بين المنظمات والهيئات والشركات في الدول العربية لضم التجارب الناجحة في التحول الرقمي في الصيانة.
5- أن تقوم إدارات الصيانة بوضع استراتيجيات وسياسات منهجية لخطط جمع البيانات وتحليلها لتعظيم الاستفادة منها لتحقيق تحول رقمي فعال وخاصة في مجال تطوير مؤشرات قياس الأداء.
6- أهمية تبني استراتيجيات صيانة تعتمد على الاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الذكية والروبوتات في فحص وصيانة أنظمة الكهرباء وأنظمة النقل والبنية التحتية وكذلك أنظمة صيانة منظومات المياه والشبكات.
7- ضرورة الاهتمام بالتكامل بين بيانات المعدات وترميز قطاع الغيار لرفع كفاءة استخدام الأصول وادارتها بطريقة صحيحة.
8- أهمية الاستفادة من بيانات التي تتيحها تطبيقات أنظمة إدارة المرافق والصيانة المحوسبة لدعم الممارسات المستدامة لتقليل استهلاك الطاقة وتعزيز أهداف الاستدامة.
9- يدعوا المشاركون المجلس إلى تبني آلية تساعد على التقارب بين الأوساط الأكاديمية والبحثية مع قطاعات الصناعة لمعالجة التحديات المرتبطة بالتحول الرقمي وتطوير حلول مبتكرة تلبي الاحتياجات المتغيرة لإدارة المرافق.
10- أهمية وضع بروتوكولات وإجراءات معلنة وملزمة لحوكمة العلاقة بين فرق تقنيات المعلومات والفرق التشغيلية.
