أمير الشرقية يرعى حفل تكريم داعمي مجلس الجمعيات الأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية

رعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية، بالإمارة اليوم, توقيع اتفاقيات تهدف إلى تعزيز التنمية المستدامة ودعم القطاع غير الربحي في المنطقة بين مجلس الجمعيات الأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية وعدد من الجهات، بحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعيات الأهلية بالمملكة الدكتور سعدون بن سعد السعدون.

وأوضح رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعيات الأهلية بالمنطقة عبدالله بن راشد الخالدي في كلمته خلال الحفل , أن المجلس يسعى إلى تنسيق وتكامل الجهود بين الجمعيات الأهلية، البالغ عددها (380) جمعية بالمنطقة، في مجالات متنوعة تشمل مجالات التنمية والإغاثة والتعليم والصحة والثقافة والإسكان، إلى جانب الجمعيات التطويرية والمهنية، بما ينسجم مع رؤية المملكة 2030، ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفاتها.
وأشار إلى أن المجلس تمكن من توظيف أكثر من (400) موظف وموظفة في القطاع غير الربحي في المنطقة الشرقية، وتأسيس واحتضان (12) جمعية تخصصية جديدة خلال عام 2024، إضافة إلى تنفيذ ملتقيات تهدف إلى دعم الجمعيات الناشئة وتنظيم فعاليات تثري العاملين في القطاع.
وتضمنت الاتفاقيات التي جرى توقيعها شراكات لدعم رأس المال البشري في القطاع غير الربحي وبناء وتأهيل القدرات البشرية، إلى جانب الجهود الإعلامية لتعريف المجتمع بإنجازات الجمعيات الأهلية ودورها في تنمية المجتمع.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية شركاء النجاح الذين أسهموا في دعم المجلس لتحقيق أهدافه.
