شركة "أدير العقارية" تطرح 20% من أسهمها في السوق الموازية "نمو"

أعلنت شركة أدير العقارية، عن حصولها على موافقة هيئة السوق المالية لطرح 20% من أسهمها في السوق الموازية "نمو".
وأفادت الشركة، أنه سيتم طرح مليون سهم تمثل 20% من رأس مال الشركة، بسعر 85 ريالاً سعودياً للسهم الواحد.

. تعرف على خدمات المرور عبر منصة "أبشر"ومن المقرر أن تبدأ فترة الطرح يوم الأحد 4 مايو 2025م الموافق 6 ذو القعدة 1446هـ، وتستمر حتى يوم الخميس 8 مايو 2025م الموافق 10 ذو القعدة 1446هـ.
وقد تم تعيين شركة مشاركة المالية كمستشار مالي ومدير الاكتتاب
ومن المقرر الإعلان عن التخصيص النهائي للأسهم في موعد أقصاه 12 مايو 2025م الموافق 14/11/1446هـ، على أن يتم رد الفائض خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ التخصيص.
وأوضحت الشركة أن صافي متحصلات الطرح سيتم توزيعه للمستثمرين البائعين، في إطار خطتها الاستراتيجية لتوسيع قاعدة المساهمين وتعزيز حضورها المؤسسي في السوق العقاري السعودي.
