أخنوش: التعليم ركيزة الدولة الإجتماعية والحكومة تسعى إلى رد الإعتبار لمهنة التدريس

أكد رئيس الحكومة، عزيز أخنوش، أن العرض الحكومة في قطاع التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي و الرياضة واضح و ذو مصداقية، و يولي أهمية كبرى للتعليم باعتباره من بين ركائز الدولة الاجتماعية.
و قال أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، خلال الجلسة العمومية الشهرية المخصصة لتقديم أجوبته عن الأسئلة المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة، حول موضوع “إصلاح وتطوير المنظومة التعليمية”، أن الحكومة تسعى الى رد الاعتبار لمهنة التدريس.
رئيس الحكومة، تطرق الى نجاح الحوار الاجتماعي القطاعي والذي اعتمد التشاركية مع النقابات التعليمية ، وتعبئة الموارد المالية اللازمة للإصلاح ، مشيرا الى ان الحكومة تعمل على تعبئة 9 مليار و 500 مليون درهم كل سنة في افق 2027 بما انعكس إيجابا على الحياة اليومية لأسرة التعليم بالمغرب.
و ذكر أخنوش، أن الحكومة ومنذ تنصيبها جعلت من إصلاح المنظومة التعليمية اختيارا سياسيا بأبعاد سيادية يتجاوز منطق التدبير القطاعي و يسير في اتجاه بناء مدرسة عمومية تضمن تنمية القدرات و ضمان الارتقاء الاجتماعي.
رئيس الحكومة، أكد أن الحكومة لها قناعة راسخة بأن الإصلاح الشمولي للمنظومة التعليمية يتطلب توفير الامكانيات المادية اللازمة، ومن أجل ذلك عبأت الحكومة في قانون المالية 2025 ، ميزانية إجمالها 85 مليار درهم مقابل 68 مليار درهم سنة 2019.
