"مستشفى المانع بالخُبَر" ينجح في استئصال ورم دماغي كبير لمريض عجزت مستشفيات عدة عن علاجه

تمكَّن فريقٌ طبيٌّ متخصص في "مستشفى المانع بالخُبَر" من تحقيق إنجازٍ طبيٍّ استثنائي، تمثَّل في استئصال ورم دماغي كبير ومعقَّد؛ مما ساهم في إنقاذ حياة مريضٍ كان في حالةٍ صحيةٍ حرجة.

ثم تم تحويله إلى "مستشفى المانع بالخبر" لما يتمتع به من كفاءة عالية في الإمكانيات والتجهيزات الطبية المتقدمة. وبعد وصول المريض تم إجراء الفحوصات الدقيقة، التي شملت التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي، حيث تبيَّن وجود ورمٍ دماغيٍّ ضخمٍ يبلغ حجمه 9.5 × 7.5 سم، متموضعًا في النصف الأيسر من الدماغ، ومتغلغلًا في مراكز حيوية مسؤولة عن الكلام والقراءة والكتابة، كما أنه كان يُشكِّل ضغطًا على جذع الدماغ والشرايين الرئيسية.

وقد اعتمد الفريق الطبي على تقنياتٍ جراحيةٍ متطورةٍ ساهمت في إنجاح العملية، من أبرزها استخدام المجهر الجراحي المتقدِّم، وجهاز (تفتيت الاورام بالذبذبات (CUSA) الذي يُستخدم لتفتيت وإزالة الأورام بدقّة، إلى جانب مهارات الفريق الجراحي العالية.
وبفضل الله، أظهرت حالة المريض تحسُّنًا سريعًا؛ حيث استعاد وعيه تدريجيًّا، وتحسُّن الضعف الحركي الذي كان يعاني منه بشكلٍ ملحوظ، كما عاد الكلام إلى وضعه الطبيعي. وتمَّ الحفاظ على جميع المراكز الحيوية في الدماغ خلال العملية؛ مما مكنه من استعادة قدراته العصبية بالكامل، فأصبح قادرًا على التحدث والمشي والقراءة دون أي خللٍ عصبي. كما خضع لاحقًا لجراحةٍ ترميميةٍ تجميليةٍ ثانيةٍ لعظام الجمجمة، أُعيد خلالها الشكل التجميلي الطبيعي للجمجمة، وبات المريض الآن خاليًا من الورم، ويتمتع بصحةٍ جيدة، وقادرًا على العودة إلى عمله.
