نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية يطّلع على تقرير جمعية “نور” للدعوة والإرشاد

استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الاثنين، رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الدعوة والإرشاد وتوعية الجاليات “نور” الأستاذ عبدالهادي بن درزي الشمري، والذي قدّم لسموه تقريراً عن برامج وأنشطة الجمعية خلال عام 2024.
واستعرض الشمري محتوى التقرير أمام سمو نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية، متناولًا أبرز المنجزات والأنشطة التي نفذتها الجمعية خلال العام الماضي، والتي تهدف إلى نشر الوعي وتعزيز القيم الدينية والاجتماعية بين مختلف فئات المجتمع.

بفضل الله تمكّن مستشفى سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إجراء عملية معقدة، لطفلة في الشهر الأول من عمرها، ولدت بتشوه خلقي نادر، تَمَثّل في عدم اكتمال تخلق الحجاب الحاجز بنسبة "60%"، وقد تم تشخيصها قبل الولادة، ونجح فريق طبي قادته د. فاطمة المبيوق استشارية جراحة الأطفال، في إجراء عملية ناجحة وإنهاء معاناتها.
أخبار متعلقة اقتراب كويكب جديد من الأرض السبت المُقبل.. هل يُشكل خطورة؟أحد الرموز القديمة.. لماذا تخلت العائلة المالكة البريطانية عن قطارها؟وقالت د. المبيوق أن الطفلة أحضرت من الأردن وهي تعاني صعوبة في التنفس بالإضافة إلى إرتفاع ضغط الدم وتسارع في نبضات القلب، وكشفت صور الأشعة الطبية، وجود عيوب خلقية تَمَثلت في فتق بالحجاب الحاجز، بالإضافة إلى تشوهات في القلب وبعض الشرايين، والرئة اليسرى، إضافة إلى أن المعدة والأمعاء والطحال وجزء من الكبد كان في التجويف الصدري، مشيرة إلى أن الفريق الطبي الذي شارك فيه أيضاً د.أحمد الفائز استشاري جراحة الأطفال، ضم عدة تخصصات ذات صلة، ناقش الحالة ووضع خطة علاجية عاجلة، وبعد إكمال الترتيبات والتجهيزات اللازمة، قام برتق فتق الحجاب الحاجز بجهد اتسم بالمهنية والإبداع، حيث تم إعادة الأعضاء العابرة إلى التجويف الصدري لمكانها الطبيعي، وبسبب وجود "40%" فقط من الحجاب الحاجز فقد تم استخدام رقعة صناعية لتصحيح العيب الخلقي، وكذلك وضع أنبوب في الصدر لسحب السوائل والهواء، واستمرت العملية زهاء الساعتين، وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وشهدت صحة الطفلة استقرارًا كاملًا، ثم بدأت في التحسن بشكل مضطرد مع العناية الطبية الحثيثة، ولاحقاً غادرت المستشفى بحالة صحية ممتازة.
ووصفت د. المبيوق، العملية بالنادرة، وقالت أنها احتاجت إلى سرعة اتخاذ القرار في الوقت الصحيح، كما أن التدخل الطبي اتسم بالتعقيد بسبب صِغر حجم البطن، الأمر الذي تطلب الكثير من الجهد والتركيز.
