امير الشرقية يرعى حفل افتتاح القرية الشعبية بكورنيش الدمام

تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، اليوم الثلاثاء، نُظم حفل افتتاح مبنى "القرية الشعبية" الجديد بكورنيش الدمام.
واستمع سمو أمير المنطقة خلال الحفل إلى شرح عن أقسام المبنى وما يتضمنه من معروضات تحكي تاريخ المملكة والمنطقة الشرقية، وما تقدمه من خدمات للزوار تضاف إلى الوجهات المتعددة في مدينة الدمام التي يقصدها أهالي وزوار المنطقة.

واستعرض رجل الأعمال، سعد البلحي، أقسام القرية والطاقة الاستيعابية لها وما تقدمه من أقسام تراثية وأطباق تقليدية بالإضافة للمقتنيات الأثرية التي تعرض لزوار القرية.

وقال البلحي: "القرية أقيمت على مساحة 21 الف متر مربع، وتتكون من خمسة طوابق يمثل كل طابق تاريخ منطقة من مناطق المملكة بماضيها وحاضرها وتراثها ومقتنياتها الأثرية".
