إنقاذ حياة طفل توقف قلبه نتيجة ارتجاف أذيني

بفضل الله وتوفيقه، تمكن الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر من إنقاذ حياة طفل يبلغ من العمر سنة ونصف، كان قد وصل إلى قسم الطوارئ محولاً من أحد مستشفيات المنطقة الشرقية وهو يعاني من غيبوبة، وارتجاف أذيني أدى إلى توقف مؤقت لعضله القلب.

. تدشين عيادة التأهيل الرئوي بالشرقيةوفور وصول الطفل إلى المستشفى، تم مناظرة الحالة من قِبل الدكتور ياسر صدقي، استشاري الأطفال والمتخصص في أمراض القلب، حيث تبيَّن من الفحص الإكلينيكي المبدئي أن السبب في الحالة يرجع غالبًا لوجود اعتلال حاد بالقلب أدى إلى تسارع ضرباته بشكل حاد تخطى حاجز الـ ٢٠٠ ضربة بالدقيقة، والذي أدى إلى توقف مؤقت بعضلة القلب. وعلى الفور تم اتباع البروتوكلات الطبية المعتمدة في هذه الحالة، وإعطاء الطفل الصدمات الكهربائية والأدوية المناسبة، وبالفعل تم إنعاشه، لتعود عضلة القلب إلى العمل بشكل مناسب مع تسارع بالضربات، فتم نقله إلى العناية المركزة بعد استقرار حالته.
وبإجراء الفحوصات الطبية للطفل التي شملت الموجات الصوتية على القلب، وتخطيط القلب الكهربائي، وقياس ضربات القلب على مدار اليوم (هولتر)، تبيَّن وجود نشاط كهربائي متسارع بضربات القلب أدى إلى ارتجاف أذيني، وبالتعاون مع الفريق الطبي المختص بالمستشفى من استشاريين وأخصائيين، إضافة إلى الرعاية المركزة، والعلاج التأهيلي، تم البدء سريعًا في وضع البروتوكول العلاجي المناسب للحالة طبقا للبروتوكلات العالمية المتعارف عليها في مثل هذه الحالات النادرة، وهو ما أدى بدوره إلى حدوث تحسن ملحوظ في درجة وعي الطفل، وكذلك تحسن في وظيفة عضلة القلب، مع انتظام ضربات القلب وعودتها لمعدلها الطبيعي، حيث تحسن معدل النبض وضغط الدم، وجميع العلامات الحيوية بشكل ملحوظ، كما تحسنت أيضا حركة أطراف الجسم بشكل واضح.
وبحمد الله، خرج الطفل من المستشفى بعد أن تعافى واسترد وعيه وحركة أطرافه وسمعه وبصره بشكل طبيعي، بعد نحو أسبوع من بداية العلاج، وعاد قلبه للنبض بصورة طبيعية منتظمة، وعادت وظيفة القلب إلى وضعها الطبيعي.
