الإصابة تبعد لونغليه عن الملاعب

سيغيب مدافع أتلتيكو مدريد، الفرنسي كليمو لونغليه، الذي تعرض لإصابتين بالتواء في الركبة والكاحل خلال مواجهة ليجانيس الأحد، عن الملاعب لـ5 مباريات.
وأكدت الفحوصات التي خضع لها اللاعب حجم الإصابة حيث تعرض لالتواء في الكاحل والركبة اليسرى، حيث لم يوضح النادي فترة التعافي، مشيراً إلى أنه "سيبدأ مرحلة العلاج الطبيعي والعمل على إعادة التأهيل وستتم متابعة تطوره".
وتحتاج هذه الأنواع من الإصابات إلى 3 أسابيع للتعافي، وبهذا سيغيب لونغليه عن مباريات ليل وبيتيس ولاس بالماس وبي إس جي ومايوركا، قبل فترة التوقف الدولي للمنتخبات التي ستبدأ من 11 وحتى 21 نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني).

باشر الفريق الطبي سلسلة من الإجراءات الجراحية المعقدة، لإنقاذ يد الطفل من مضاعفات قد تؤدي إلى عجز دائم، بدأ التدخل الجراحي الدكتور سامي خليفة، استشاري جراحة الأوعية الدموية، الذي قام بإصلاح الشريان المقطوع باستخدام المجهر الجراحي المتقدم، ثم تولى الدكتور محمد الملواني، استشاري جراحة المخ والأعصاب، مهمة توصيل الأعصاب الدقيقة بدقة عالية باستخدام المجهر الجراحي المتقدم أيضًا، ثم أنهى الدكتور غسان، استشاري جراحة العظام، الجزء الأخير من العملية بتوصيل أوتار العضلات المقطوعة، لتتكامل جهود الفريق في إنقاذ الطرف المصاب.
تُعد هذه الجراحة من الجراحات شديدة التعقيد والدقة، حيث يتراوح قطر الأعصاب والشرايين في هذا العمر بين 2 إلى 4 ملم، ما يجعل العملية من التحديات الكبرى التي تتطلب مهارة وخبرة فائقة، إضافة إلى سرعة التجاوب وتكامل التخصصات.
وقد تكللت العملية، ولله الحمد، بالنجاح التام، حيث أظهرت المتابعة السريرية تحسنًا تدريجيًا في حالة الطفل، وتم خروجه من المستشفى بحالة مستقرة، مع استكمال برنامج المتابعة والعلاج التأهيلي بالعيادة الخارجية.
