رئيس مجلس النواب يحيل 5 قرارات جمهورية و67 مشروع قانون للجان المختصة

أحال المستشار الدكتور حنفي جبالي، رئيس مجلس النواب، في بداية الجلسة العامة للمجلس، اليوم الأحد، (5) قرارات جمهورية باتفاقيات دولية إلى لجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية، بالإضافة إلى مشروع قانون مُقدم من الحكومة بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 93 لسنة 2015، إلى اللجنة ذاتها.
كما أحال المستشار الدكتور رئيس المجلس (66) مشروع قانون مُقدم من الحكومة، تتضمن: اعتماد خطة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للعام المالي 2025/2026، وربط الموازنة العامة للدولة للسنة المالية 2025/2026، والهيئات العامة الاقتصادية للسنة المالية 2025/2026، والهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي للسنة المالية 2025/2026، وجميعها أُحيلت إلى لجنة الخطة والموازنة للدراسة وإعداد تقارير بشأنها.
وأحال رئيس مجلس النواب مشروع قانون مُقدمًا من النائب محمد إسماعيل (وأكثر من عُشر عدد الأعضاء) بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 198 لسنة 2014 بإصدار قانون الثروة المعدنية، إلى لجنة مشتركة من لجان الصناعة، والطاقة والبيئة، والشئون الدستورية والتشريعية، والخطة والموازنة.
وجاءت تلك المشروعات كالتالى:
أولاً : قرارات رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية بشأن الموافقة على الاتفاقيات الدولية التالية:
1) قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 131 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على الاتفاق التمويلي الخاص ببرنامج دعم الاتحاد الأوروبي لاستراتيجية مصر الوطنية للسكان- المرحلة الثانية، بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والاتحاد الأوروبي.
2) قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 136 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على اتفاقية خطوط جوية منتظمة، بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة نيوزيلاندا.
3) قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 145 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على الاتفاق التمويلي لتمويل "دراسة الجدوى الأولية لمشروع امتداد الخط الأول لمترو القاهرة (المرج الجديدة- شبين القناطر)" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والحكومة الإسبانية.
4) قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 146 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على اتفاقية التعاون "لإنشاء حساب المشروعات في مصر" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والبنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية.
5) قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 159 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على "الخطابات المتبادلة لتطوير القطاع الخاص ودعم التنوع الاقتصادي" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية، وحكومة اليابان.
والتى أحيلت إلـى لـجنـة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية
ثانياً : مشروعات قوانين مقدمة من الحكومة:- مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 93 لسنة 2015 بإنشاء بعض المحاكم الابتدائية وتعديل مسمى واختصاص بعض المحاكم الابتدائية الأخرى.
(أحيل إلى لجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية) -مشروع قانون باعتماد خطة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للعام المالي 2025/2026.
- مشروع قانون بربط الموازنة العامة للدولة للسنة المالية 2025/2026.
- مشروعات قوانين بربط موازنات الهيئات العامة الاقتصادية للسنة المالية 2025/2026. (وعددها 63 مشروعًا)
- مشروع قانون بربط موازنة الهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي للسنة المالية 2025/2026.
والتى أحيلت إلى لجنة الخطة والموازنةثالثاً : مشروع قانون مُقدم من النائب/ محمد إسماعيل (وأكثر من عُشر عدد الأعضاء) بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 198 لسنة 2014 بإصدار قانون الثروة المعدنية.
والذى أحيل إلى لجنة مشتركة من لجان الصناعة، الطاقة والبيئة، الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية، والخطة والموازنة
