استقطاب استثمارات عالمية.. مدبولي يتابع خطط تنمية المنطقة الاقتصادية للمثلث الذهبي

التقى الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، اليوم؛ بمقر الحكومة بمدينة العلمين الجديدة، المهندس/ محمد عبادي، رئيس الهيئة العامة للمنطقة الاقتصادية للمثلث الذهبي، لمتابعة عدد من ملفات عمل الهيئة.
وفي مستهل اللقاء، أكد رئيس الوزراء أن هذا الاجتماع يأتي في إطار الحرص على متابعة دور الهيئة العامة الاقتصادية للمثلث الذهبي؛ في تنمية هذه المنطقة الواعدة، التي تحظى باهتمام خاص من جانب الدولة، في ضوء ما تتمتع به من مقومات استراتيجية لتنفيذ مشروعات متنوعة تدعم خطط التنمية المستدامة للدولة.
وخلال اللقاء، استعرض المهندس/ محمد عبادي، موقف ما تم تنفيذه من أعمال تخص الهيئة العامة للمنطقة الاقتصادية للمثلث الذهبي خلال الفترة الماضية، مُشيراً إلى أنه فيما يخص التنظيم الداخلي للهيئة، فقد تم اتخاذ عدة إجراءات منها إعادة تشكيل مجلس الإدارة الجديد للمثلث الذهبي واللجان المنبثقة منه، وكذا إنشاء مكتب سجل تجاري خاص للهيئة لقيد الشركات، وتطوير مقر الهيئة بمدينة سفاجا، فضلاً عن استيفاء عدد من اللوائح والإجراءات ونماذج الاتفاق التجاري.
وأضاف رئيس الهيئة العامة للمنطقة الاقتصادية، خلال عرضه، أنه فيما يخص محور تنمية الأعمال والترويج، فقد تم اتخاذ عدد من الإجراءات، منها الاتفاق مع أحد أكبر المطورين الصناعيين المحليين والعالميين لتطوير منطقة صناعية ترتكز أنشطتها على الأسمدة الفوسفاتية، والتواصل أيضاً مع مجموعات إقليمية ودولية من كبار المطورين في القطاعات المستهدفة للهيئة لإنشاء وتطوير عدد من المناطق التخصصية، فضلاً عن استقطاب مطورين ومستثمرين محليين ودوليين للاستثمار في القطاعات الصناعية والزراعية واللوجيستية.
كما عرض المهندس/ محمد عبادي، تفاصيل خطة عمل تطوير المنطقة الاقتصادية للمثلث الذهبي للعام 2025/ 2026، مٌشيراً إلى أن الهيئة تستهدف هذا العام تحقيق الاستدامة المالية مع تحقيق أهدافها بدون تحميل الدولة لأية أعباء مالية، لافتاً إلى أنه من المخطط الانتهاء من جميع اللوائح والإجراءات واستكمال الهيكل الإداري للهيئة، فضلاً عن التعاقد النهائي مع عدد من الشركات والمطورين العالميين الجاري استقطابهم للاستثمار في القطاعات المختلفة.

وأكد سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية أن الدولة – رعاها الله – تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بقطاع الأوقاف، حيث أنشأت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف لتنظيمه وتطويره وحوكمته وضمان استمراريته، بما يعزز دوره في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكافل بين أفراد المجتمع، وحفظ الأوقاف وتنميتها، وأشار سموه إلى أن الأوقاف أدت عبر التاريخ دورًا رئيسيًا في توفير تمويل مستدام للعديد من الخدمات الاجتماعية والخيرية، وتشكل رافدًا مهمًا للبناء الحضاري ومصدرًا اقتصاديًا لتنمية المجتمعات.
