"الوطنية للإسكان" تُساهم في زيادة المعروض العقاري بالشرقية بخيارات سكنية متنوعة وعروض حصرية

حظي جناح الوطنية للإسكان NHC في معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023م، الذي اختتمت فعالياته يوم الجمعة 3 نوفمبر في مركز معارض الظهران الدولية "الظهران إكسبو"؛ بإقبالٍ جماهيريٍ كبيرٍ من المهتمين في شراء وتملُّك الوحدات السكنية الفاخرة التي توفرها الوطنية للإسكان في الضواحي والمجتمعات السكنية التي تطورها بالمنطقة الشرقية أبرزها: (ضاحية الواجهة، ومشروع الواجهة السكني، ومجتمع قمرة الذي يتضمن مشروعين سرايا البحر ومد قمرة)، التي تمتد على مساحات تتخطى 11 مليون متر مربع، وبعدد وحدات يتجاوز الــــ23 ألف وحدة سكنية ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنمية المعروض العقاري بالمنطقة ورفع نسبة التملك وتوفير جميع مقومات جودة الحياة في المجتمعات السكنية.
ووفرت الوطنية للإسكان لزوار المعرض عروضًا حصرية تشجع المواطنين على شراء وتملَّك منزل الأحلام، عبر إتاحة الحجز بدون رسوم لمشاريعها السكنية في المنطقة الشرقية، كما قدمت استردادًا نقديًا بقيمة 50 ألف ريال في مشروع "دارة قمرة"، وبقيمة 30 ألف ريال في مشروع "سرايا البحر"، وهما من مشاريع "مجتمع قمرة" في محافظة القطيف، مع تطبيق أقل هامش ربح تمويلي وصل إلى 2.59%، وزيادة سنة إضافية لجميع الضمانات المقدمة، والتي تنطبق على وحدات مختارة من المشروع.
وتحرص الوطنية للإسكان على تطوير وجهات سكنية رائدة في المنطقة الشرقية والمملكة عمومًا عبر شركائها من نخبة شركات التطوير العقاري، لتوفر حلولاً سكنية متنوعة للمواطنين السعوديين، وذلك في إطار سعيها إلى تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030 برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
وتتميز مشاريع الإسكان بتصاميم معمارية معاصرة تم تنفيذها بأعلى معايير جودة البناء، وهي تحتضن العديد من المرافق التجارية والاستثمارية والتعليمية والحدائق العامة والمسطحات الخضراء، لتمنح المجتمعات السكنية أسلوبًا عصريًا يواكب تطلعات الأسرة السعودية ويلبي احتياجاتهم، ضمن بيئة سكنية حيوية تقدم أعلى معايير جودة الحياة.
