رئيس مجلس الأمة يوجه الدعوة لعقد جلسة خاصة الأربعاء المقبل لأداء سمو أمير البلاد اليمين الدستورية

وجه رئيس مجلس الأمة أحمد عبدالعزيز السعدون الدعوة لعقد جلسة خاصة علنية صباح يوم الأربعاء المقبل، لأداء حضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح -حفظه الله ورعاه-اليمين الدستورية، وذلك بناء على طلب الحكومة وإعمالا لأحكام المادة (60) من الدستور واستناداً إلى المادة (72) من اللائحة الداخلية لمجلس الأمة.
ونصت الدعوة على الآتي:
بناء على طلب الحكومة كما جاء بكتاب سـمو رئيس مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 18 ديسمبر 2023م إعمالاً لأحكام المادة (60) من الدستور، واستنادا إلى المادة (72) من اللائحة الداخلية لمجلس الأمة أدعوكم لحضور جلسة المجلس الخاصة العلنية التي ستعقد يوم الأربعاء الموافق ٢٠ من ديسمبر ٢٠٢٣م الساعة العاشرة صباحاً لأداء حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح أمير البلاد حفظه الله ورعاه لليمين الدستورية.
