مشادات ومشاحنات داخل البرلمان اللبناني بسبب موازنة عام 2024

عرضت قناة «القاهرة الإخبارية» تقريرا تستعرض فيه إجراءات ضد من حقق مكاسب غير مشروعة في لبنان، وذلك في إطار إقرار مجلس النواب اللبناني مشروع قانون الموازنة لعام 2024.
وأشار التقرير إلى أنه بالرغم من إقرار مشروع الموازنة العامة اللبنانية لعام 2024 إلا أن مشاحنات ومشادات داخل أروقة البرلمان أظهرت مدى الانقسام حول القانون، فبحسب خبراء اقتصاديين فإن المشروع أهمل تضمين إصلاحات حاسمة من شأنها أن تساعد لبنان على النهوض من حالة الإنهيار المالي ونهيار القطاع العام الذي تعاني منه البلاد منذ ما يقارب الخمس سنوات.
وأضاف التقرير أن مشروع الموازنة تم تعديله على مدى عدة أشهر وكان من المتوقع أن تضمن زيادات كبيرة في إيرادات الدولة من ضريبة القيمة المضافة والرسوم الجمركية، كما شملت إجراءات تستهدف الذين حققوا مكاسب غير مشروعة خلال الأزمة المالية في لبنان.
وتابع التقرير أن تلك الإجراءات ستتم من خلال الشركات التي استفادت بشكل غير عادل من منصة صرف العملات السابقة للمصرف المركزي والتجار الذين استخدموا دعم المصرف للواردات لتحقيق أرباح.
