ولي العهد يبارك استكمال المملكة للإجراءات النهائية لملف استضافة كأس العالم 2034

بارك صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله -، ملف ترشح المملكة لاستضافة كأس العالم 2034 بعد استكمال جميع التفاصيل والاشتراطات للملف استعداداً لتسليمه للفيفا في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس من الوفد الرسمي برئاسة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، وزير الرياضة رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية، ورئيس الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم ياسر المسحل.

وبهذه المناسبة، رفع الأمير عبد العزيز بن تركي بن فيصل، الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظهما الله -، على الدعم والاهتمام لهذا القطاع الحيوي والمهم الذي جعل من المملكة موطناً ثابتاً للعديد من الأحداث الرياضية العالمية، في ظل القفزات النوعية والمتميزة التي تشهدها هذه البلاد - ولله الحمد -. وقال: " نعتزم بهذا الترشح استضافة النسخة الاستثنائية التي تجمع 48 منتخباً لأول مرة في تاريخ البطولة في دولة واحدة".

مما يذكر أن مراسم تسليم ملف الترشح ستتم من خلال حفل رسمي يقيمه الفيفا في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس عبر وفد رسمي برئاسة الأمير عبد العزيز بن تركي بن فيصل، وياسر المسحل، وطفلين من مراكز التدريب الإقليمية للاتحاد لكرة القدم.
وجاء اختيار الطفلين للمشاركة في تسليم ملف الترشح، كمبادرة من الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم تجسيداً لطموح الجيل السعودي الشاب لاستضافة الحدث الرياضي الأبرز في عالم كرة القدم.
