إحياء العقارية تعزز دورها العقاري بشراكات استراتيجية بأكثر من 2 مليار ريال

بقيمة تتجاوز 2 مليار ريال وعلى هامش مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي والمقام في مدينة الرياض لعام 2024 عقدت شركة إحياء العقارية مجموعة من الاتفاقيات والشراكات الاستراتيجية مع عدد من الشركاء والمستثمرين العقاريين، حيث ستوجه لتطوير مجموعة متنوعة من المشاريع العقارية السياحية والسكنية والتي تساهم في تحسين جودة الحياة، وكانت أبرز الشركات التي تم توقيع الاتفاقية معها: أرباح المالية،وتوافق العقارية، ومجموعة الزامل

. أمانة الشرقية توقع عقودًا استثمارية وتنموية متميزةإضافة إلى شراكات تشغيلية وتمويلية مع عدد من البنوك وشركات التمويل إضافة إلى حلول تمويلية متنوعة من خلال منصة حلول للتمويل العقاري و"ضيافة" للخدمات الفندقية.
وفي تعليقه على هذه الشراكات صرح المهندس سعد بن عاد المعمر الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إحياء العقارية قائلاً: نؤمن في إحياء العقارية بأن العقار بيئة حيوية تشكل هوية المجتمع، لذا نبتكر ونطور مشاريع صديقة للإنسان وللبيئة ونسعى لخلق تجارب متنوعة في القطاع السياحي والسكني، ونؤمن بأهمية الشراكات لبناء مجتمعات تؤثر في جودة الحياة.
يذكر بأن شركة إحياء العقارية تطور وتعرض عدداً من المشاريع السكنية والسياحية وأبرزها: مشروع إحياء المرازيم في حي الصفا بشرق الرياض، ومشروع إحياء النزهة بحي النزهة في مدينة الدمام، ومشروع شاليهات مراكب إحياء في شاطئ أمواج بالخبر.
