رأس صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير فيصل بن خالد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، أمير منطقة الحدود الشمالية، اليوم، اجتماع لجنة التوطين العليا بالمنطقة، بحضور أعضاء اللجنة وممثلي الجهات المعنية، وذلك في مقر الإمارة.

وأكد سموه أهمية تكثيف الجهود لتحقيق مستهدفات برنامج التوطين في المنطقة، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030، من خلال تعزيز الاستدامة الوظيفية، وفتح مزيد من الفرص أمام الشباب والفتيات، وتطوير مهاراتهم بما يخدم سوق العمل.
ودعا سمو الأمير فيصل بن خالد بن سلطان جميع الجهات إلى مواصلة العمل، وتكثيف الجهود لتوفير فرص عمل نوعية تُسهم في دعم الاقتصاد المحلي، وتحقيق التطلعات التنموية للمنطقة.
وناقش الاجتماع مؤشرات أداء برنامج التوطين للنصف الأول من عام 2024، والتقرير الخاص للجنة المتابعة الميدانية، إضافة إلى عرضٍ موجز عن ملتقى”بوصلة دلني” الهادف إلى توجيه رواد الأعمال وتطوير قدراتهم.
كما تناول الاجتماع متابعة تنفيذ توصيات الاجتماع السابق للجنة الإشرافية العليا، واعتماد التوصيات والقرارات الجديدة لدعم مستهدفات التوطين في المنطقة، إلى جانب العديد من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، واتخذت حيالها التوصيات اللازمة.

وأضاف القرناس أن المركز يتميز بتوفير بيئة متكاملة للأنشطة الاجتماعية والصحية والثقافية، والذي يأتي منسجمًا مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 الرامية إلى تعزيز جودة الحياة وتفعيل مشاركة المتقاعدين في التنمية الاجتماعية، مؤكداً أن الجمعية تعد من الجهات الفاعلة التي تقدم مبادرات نوعية تخدم فئات واسعة من المجتمع، وتساهم في تمكين المتقاعدين والمتقاعدات من القيام بدور أكثر فاعلية في خدمة المجتمع، موضحاً أن الجمعية تعمل على تعزيز شراكاتها مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخاصة لتحقيق أهدافها التنموية.
وألقى الأستاذ فوزي بن أحمد كانو رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة يوسف بن أحمد كانو كلمة أكد فيها حرصهم على دعم المشاريع المجتمعية ومنها شريحة المتقاعدين التي تستحق التقدير من الجميع ويعد هذا المشروع تقديراً من الشركة لجميع المتقاعدين الذين قدموا الكثير خلال سنوات عملهم .
