أخبار متعلقة العواصف الترابية مستمرة.. إنذار أحمر جديد في الشرقية حتى السادسة مساءًبسبب الحالة الجوية.. الكويت تحول 3 رحلات إلى مطار الدمامالذي قال أن هذه العمليات التي حققت نجاحاً كبيراً، تأتي امتدادا لتميز المستشفى في عمليات المناظير المتقدمة بشكل كامل، والتي يتم فيها كل إجراءات العملية من استئصال للأورام والأعضاء المتأثرة به، وإعادة توصيلها بتقنية المنظار، مشيراً إلى أن العملية الأولى أنهت معاناة مريضة "خمسينية" مع ورمين سرطانين، بالفصين الأيمن الأيسر من الكبد، وكانت تشتكي من الآلام المستمرة وانتفاخ بالبطن، والشعور بالوهن والتعب والغثيان ونقص حاد بالوزن، حيث أجريت لها عدة فحوصات دقيقة أبرزها الأشعة المقطعية والرنين المغناطيسي للكبد وفحص هرمونات الأورام، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود ورمين في الفصين الأيمن والأيسر من الكبد، وخضعت المراجعة لعملية نوعية متقدمة، تم فيها استئصال الورمين بالكامل وبشكل آمن ودقة عالية، وبفضل الله تكللت العملية التي استمرت لـ"6" ساعات متواصلة بالنجاح، وتمت إفاقة المريضة بغرفة العمليات مباشرة، دون الحاجة لنقل أي وحدة دم، ومن ثم نقلت إلى العناية المركزة ووضعت تحت الملاحظة لمدة "24" ساعة ومن ثم إلى جناح الجراحة، ولاحقاً غادرت المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
أضاف أن الحالة الثانية تعود لمراجعة عمرها "48" عاماً، وكانت تشتكي من أعراض مشابهة، وأظهرت الفحوصات، وجود ورم ضخم بالفص الأيمن من الكبد، وأجريت لها عملية عبر تقنية المنظار الجراحي الدقيق واستمرت لمدة "4" ساعات، وحقق التدخل الطبي نجاحاً تاماً ولله الحمد، ونقلت لغرفتها الخاصة بشكل مباشر دون الحاجة للعناية المركزة "وهذا ما يميز عمليات المناظير قليلة التدخل"، وأظهرت الفحوصات اللاحقة نجاح العملية، وبعد عدة أيام غادرة المستشفى بحالة صحية ونفسية ممتازة، وبجروح تجميلية صغيرة.
وعن الحالة الثالثة قال د. عبدالوهاب الشهراني أنها لمراجع يبلغ من العمر "62" عاماً كان يعاني من تناقص بالوزن وفقدان للشهية، وشعوره بآلام تمتد من البطن إلى الظهر، مع علامات الاصفرار بسبب انسداد القنوات الصفراوية وقناة البنكرياس، فأجريت له حزمة من الفحوصات الطبية والأشعة الدقيقة، وأظهرت النتائج إصابته بورم سرطاني ضخم في رأس البنكرياس وملاصق للوريد البابي المغذي للكبد، وخضع لعملية دقيقة ومعقدة تعرف "بعملية ويبل"، تم فيها استئصال الورم بالكامل بعد أن تم عزله من الأوردة والأنسجة الحيوية الملاصقة له، ثم بعد ذلك تم عمل التوصيلات والتحويلات الأساسية لأعضاء البطن بعد الاستئصال، وتكللت العملية ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام.
