استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، بالإمارة اليوم، محافظ هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة العامة لجسر الملك فهد المهندس سهيل بن محمد أبانمي.
وثمّن سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية الدور الذي تضطلع به الهيئة في تنظيم العمل الجمركي وتطويره، وجهودها في تسهيل الحركة التجارية، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة في المنافذ، بما يواكب تطلعات القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- ويحقق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
بدوره قدّم محافظ الهيئة لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية عرضًا حول أعمالها في المنافذ البرية بالمنطقة، والخطط التطويرية المستقبلية الهادفة إلى تحسين تجربة العملاء وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.

وأعرب محافظ الهيئة عن شكره وتقديره لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على دعمه المستمر ومتابعته لأعمال الهيئة، مؤكدًا حرص الهيئة على تسخير جميع إمكاناتها لكل ما من شأنه خدمة المنطقة.
