جرى اتصال هاتفي اليوم، بين صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وفخامة الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين رئيس روسيا الاتحادية.
وتم خلال الاتصال استعراض العلاقات الثنائية المتميزة بين البلدين وفرص تطويرها في مختلف المجالات.
كما تم بحث عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، من بينها قمة مجموعة دول بريكس التي عقدت مؤخراً وحرص المملكة على بناء شراكات اقتصادية وتطلعها للتعاون مع دول " بريكس "، كما جرى التأكيد على مواصلة الجهود لاستقرار أسواق الطاقة العالمي.
