وزير التعليم يشدد على أهمية تطوير مهارات الطلاب في القراءة والرياضيات

أكد وزير التعليم، يوسف عبد الله البنيان على التركيز على رفع مستوى المهارات في القراءة والرياضيات كأساس متين لكل العلوم والمعارف والمهارات، وتحفيز وتمكين "منظومة المدرسة" (المعلمون ومدراء المدارس) لتقوم بدورها المتوقع لتحقيق المستهدفات الرئيسية، وإعادة تشكيل العلاقة بين المدرسة والإشراف التربوي، والتركيز على المبادرات والبرامج والأعمال داخل المدرسة التي تحدث تغييراً في نواتج التعلم بدلا من التركيز على المبادرات ذات الأثر المؤقت أو الأثر الشكلي.

وأضاف وزير التعليم في كلمته، خلال لقائه بمديري المدارس بالتعليم العام- عن بُعد – إن القطاع التعليمي في المملكة يحظى بعناية واهتمام بالغين من لدن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ويجسد الاهتمام والرغبة الحقيقية للقيادة الرشيدة بالنهوض بالعلم والتعليم، بهدف تقديم كل ما من شأنه تحقيق أهداف وتطوير عملياته الرامية إلى المساهمة في تشكيل ملامح العمل التنموي في البلاد.

نواة التعليم

وأشار إلى أن المدرسة تعد باعتبارها نواة العمل التعليمي الركيزة الأساسية التي تبدأ وتنتهي إليها كل عمليات تطوير التعليم، حيث تمثل نقطة الانطلاق الحقيقية لرحلة الطلاب عبر مراحل التعليم العام، وتبرز الإدارة المدرسية كأحد أهم المكونات الضابطة للعملية التعليمية، وهي الدعامة الحقيقية التي تساعد في تحقيق المنطلقات والاتجاهات الرئيسية لتحسين وتطوير القطاع التعليمي.
وأشار "البنيان" إلى أن وزارة التعليم تولي عناية كبرى بالإدارة المدرسية لما لها من دور بارز في رفع مستوى نظام الجودة في المدارس وقدرتها على إدارة وتفعيل التقويم المدرسي وما يستلزم من عمليات دعم وتحسين قبلية وبعدية وربط القطاعات المساندة ذات العلاقة بنتائج التقويم المدرسي لتحسين العمليات والخدمات والتركيز على حزمة من الأوليات والاتجاهات الرئيسية التي ستسهم في تحقيق الطموحات ومنها إعادة توجيه بوصلة التركيز داخل المدرسة على القيم والمهارات والأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية، ورفع مستوى نظام الجودة في المدارس من خلال تفعيل التقويم المدرسي، ودعم التوسع في شريحة المستفيدين من الخدمات الأساسية للتربية الخاصة ، وتحقيق مستوى مرتفع في الانضباط المدرسي ، وتحفيز المعلمين والمعلمات معنويا ومهنيا ، وفتح فرص الوصول لخدمات رياض الأطفال والتربية الخاصة في المدارس .
