نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عبر فريق طبي متخصص في إنقاذ حياة مريض يبلغ من العمر 57 عاماً، يعاني من آلام حادة في منطقة الصدر، نتيجة إصابته بجلطة قلبية حادة أدت إلى توقف القلب وفقدانه الوعي.
ذكر ذلك الدكتور أمجد العبيد استشاري طب الطوارىء رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

. ما القصة؟بالخطوات.. طريقة التسجيل في الضمان الاجتماعي المطوروالذي أضاف بأن المريض أحُضر إلى قسم الطوارىء بالمستشفى بعد منتصف الليل، عقب تعرضه لنوبة حادة من الألم استمرت نصف ساعة مع صعوبة شديدة بالتنفس، ومن ثم تعرضه لفقدان الوعي التام، موضحاً بأن فريق الطوارىء قام على الفور بإجراء الفحوصات الأولية والتي أبانت توقف القلب والنبض، حيث تم عمل 12 جلسة إنعاش قلبي رئوي لمدة "25" دقيقة، مع إعطائه الأدوية اللازمة، وفق البروتكول الخاص بحالات توقف النبض مع توصيل جهاز التنفس الإصطناعي.
مشيراً إلى أنه بعد الإنعاش القلبي بدأ نبض المريض بالعودة، تبع ذلك إجراء عدة فحوصات طبية دقيقة، أبرزها تحاليل الدم وتخطيط القلب والتصوير بالموجات الصوتية القلبية (ECHO) والأشعة المقطعية (C.T Scan) للشريان الرئوي، وأظهرت نتائج هذه الفحوصات وجود جلطة ضخمة في الشريان الرئيسي للقلب، وعلى الفور تم تفعيل معمل القسطرة، وأثناء تجهيز المريض لذلك توقف القلب مرة ثانية ، حيث تم إجراء 6 جلسات إنعاش قلبي رئوي إضافية لمدة "12" دقيقة حتى تم إستعادة النبض مجدداً ولله الحمد.
وقال الدكتور العبيد أنه تم إخضاع المريض لعملية قسطرة قلبية دقيقة، أجريت في وقت قياسي، واستطاع الفريق الطبي بحمد الله إزالة الجلطات وفتح الإنسدادات في الشريان الرئيسي للقلب، وتركيب دعامات قلبية متطورة. نقل بعدها المريض لقسم العناية المركزة (I.C.U) ، ووضع تحت المراقبة مؤكداً أن حالته تحسنت خلال ساعات قليلة من إجراء القسطرة ولله الحمد، إذ عاد للمريض الوعي وتخلص من الآلام وضيق التنفس ، تبع ذلك إزالة أجهزة التنفس الإصطناعي وإعطائه أدوية مسيلة للدم، ونقله إلى جناح التنويم.
وفي الختام قال الدكتور أمجد العبيد أن جهود الفريق الطبي بالطوارىء واستشاريي القلب والتخدير تكللت بالنجاح ، إذ تم إنقاذ المريض في وقت قياسي، وذلك بفضل من الله والجاهزية العالية بالمستشفى للتعامل مع كافة النوبات القلبية والجلطات والسكتات الدماغية، من خلال فرق طبية متخصصة وعلى درجة عالية من الكفاءة بمختلف الأقسام الطبية وتوفير سبل ووسائل الرعاية والعناية بالمرضى والمراجعين.
