أصدر مصرف الرافدين، الأربعاء، بياناً فصّل فيه القروض العقارية التي تصل إلى 150 مليون دينار.
وقال المصرف في بيان تلقاه / المركز الخبري الوطني/،إن “الحد الاعلى لمبلغ القرض (150)مليون دينار وللأغراض ادناه:-
أ- من (50) مليون دينار ولغاية (75)مليون دينار لغرض شراء قطعة أرض يتدرج بواقع (5)مليون دينار .
ب- من (15) مليون دينار لغاية (75) مليون دينار لغرض البناء والترميم والتأهيل يتدرج بواقع (5)مليون دينار.
ج- من (50)مليون دينار لغاية(150)مليون دينار لغرض شراء دار سكني يتدرج بواقع
(5)مليون دينار”.
وأضاف، أن “نسبة الفائدة (6%) بالقسط المتناقص”، مشيراً إلى أن “مدة القرض (15) سنة”.
وتابع، أن “ضمان القرض وحسب الفئات المشمولة بالمنح وكالآتي: –
أ-الموظفين الموطنة رواتبهم لدى مصرف الرافدين حصرا تكون الضمانة بطاقة الماستر كارد وتقديم سند عقار يرهن لصالح المصرف رهنا تأمينيا من الدرجة الاولى (مبلغ القرض +25%).
ب-المواطنين تكون الضمانة تقديم كفيل موطن راتبه لدى مصرف الرافدين حصرا وتقديم سند عقار يرهن لصالح المصرف رهنا تأمينيا من الدرجة الاولى (مبلغ القرض +25%).
ج- المتقاعدين الذين تكون اعمارهم ضمن العمر التأميني حين انتهاء مدة القرض
تكون الضمانة بطاقة الماستر كارد وتقديم سند عقار يرهن لصالح المصرف رهنا تأمينيا من الدرجة الاولى ( مبلغ القرض + 25 بالمئة ) اما الذين تتجاوز اعمارهم العمر التأميني قبل انتهاء مدة القرض يشترط تقديم كفيل موطن راتبه لدى المصرف حصرا وتقديم سند عقار يرهن لصالح المصرف رهنا تأمينيا من الدرجة الاولى(مبلغ القرض +25%)”.
