سيب المعتقلين.. حملة وطنية في تونس تطالب بالإفراج عن سجناء الرأي

أعلنت رابطة عائلات المعتقلين السياسيين بتونس عن إطلاق حملة وطنية عاجلة للمطالبة بسراح جميع المعتقلين وسجناء الرأي، تحت عنوان "سيب المعتقلين"، بالتزامن مع الدورة القضائية الجديدة.
وقالت منية إبراهيم زوجة المعتقل السياسي عبد الحميد الجلاصي، إن الرابطة التي تنتمي إليها، دشت الأربعاء حملة عاجلة تطالب بإطلاق سراح جميع المعتقلين دون استثناء، موجهة "نداء عاجلا إلى القضاة المتعهدين بقضايا هؤلاء المساجين لتحكيم ضمائرهم وتحمل مسؤوليتهم التاريخية".
يشار إلى أنه تم تأسيس رابطة للدفاع عن المعتقلين وكل سجناء الرأي، من مختلف الانتماءات الحزبية والسياسية، في الرابع والعشرين من آذار/ مارس المنقضي.
وأكدت إبراهيم في حديث خاص لـ"عربي21 " ، إلى وجود انتهاكات واضحة ضد المعتقلين وهو ما يقضي بضرورة وضع حد لذلك، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للإفراج الفوري عنهم".
وعبد الحميد الجلاصي سياسي ومعارض بارز وقيادي سابق بحركة النهضة، وسجن في عهد الرئيس الراحل زين العابدين بن علي، وقضى 17 سنة بالسجون بينها فترة بالسجن الانفرادي.
واعتبرت إبراهيم أن المعتقلين يقبعون بالسجون منذ سنة ونصف بشكل "غير قانوني، وفي ظروف غير إنسانية ظلما وتهمتهم الوحيدة أنهم يعارضون السلطة الحاكمة".
وفي شباط/ فبراير من العام الماضي شنت السلطات حملة اعتقالات واسعة شملت عددا كبيرا من المعارضين السياسيين بتهمة "التآمر" على الدولة، وصدرت قرارات إيداع بسجنهم، ورغم انتهاء الآجال القانونية للاحتفاظ بهم والمقدرة بأربعة عشر شهرا، فإنه تم رفض الإفراج عنهم، وهو ما اعتبره فريق الدفاع عنهم "احتجاز غير قانوني".
بدوره، قال محامي الدفاع عن المعتقلين سمير ديلو، إن دائرة الاتهام رفضت مطالب الإفراج عن المعتقلين في ملف التآمر، "ونحن كفريق دفاع ننتظر تحديد جلسة حتى نُظهر حقيقة أن هذا الملف لا يتضمن جرائم ولا مؤامرة بل فقط استهداف لقادة معارضين للسلطة".
وأكد ديلو في تصريح خاص لـ"عربي21"، على أن "كل ما يحصل لا يبشر بخير، ولكن يبقى بعض الأمل في استفاقة قضائية مع تواصل تحركنا كمحامين بالوسائل القانونية والإجرائية حتى يأخذ القانون مجراه".
وفي الثاني من شهر آيار/ مايو المنقضي قررت دائرة الاتهام إحالة 40 متهما في قضية ما يعرف ''بالتآمر على أمن الدولة" إلى الدائرة الجنائية المختصة بالنظر في قضايا الإرهاب، بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس.

وشهد الحفل توقيع عدد من اتفاقيات الشراكة، باركها سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، مع كل من مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع “موهبة”، وشركة “ركاز العلم للتعليم”، والاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وشركة “أكاديمية التعلّم”، وشركة “محمد النهدي للتأمين الطبي”، التي ستوفر تغطية تأمينية لمدة عام كامل لـ430 مستفيدًا من اللجنة.
كما كرّم سموه 18 طالبًا وطالبة من الموهوبين، وسلّم 6 وحدات سكنية لمستفيدين من اللجنة.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرّم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية شركاء اللجنة والداعمين من رجال الأعمال والشركات.
