أعلن المستشار ماضي الدقن، رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية أبناء فناني مصر، عن وفاة نجل الفنان الراحل رياض القصبجي، وذلك عبر صفحته علي موقع فيسبوك .
وكتب ماضي الدقن، منشورًا عبر حسابه الشخصي بموقع فيسبوك، جاء فيه: انتقل إلى رحمة الله الأخ والصديق والأستاذ فتحي رياض القصبجي، تغمده الله الفقيد بوافر الرحمة والمغفرة.
أصدر اتحاد النقابات الفنية برئاسة المخرج الكبير عمر عبد العزيز قرارًا بتفويض جمعية أبناء فناني مصر بالتعاقد لتحصيل حق الأداء العلني للمؤلف والمخرج وكذلك حق الأداء العلني لفناني الأداء والحقوق المجاورة .
وجاء في نص البيان: يبارك اتحاد النقابات الفنية برئاسة المخرج الكبير عمر عبد العزيز بحضور رئيس الاتحاد والنقباء الأجلاء الدكتور أشرف زكي نقيب المهن التمثيلية، والمخرج مسعد فوده نقيب المهن السينمائية والكاتب أيمن سلامة والكاتبة مريم نعوم كممثلين عن جمعية مؤلفي الدراما والمستشار ماضي توفيق الدقن رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية بناء فناني مصر وهيثم شاكر رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة ايفاز .
تم الاتفاق علي تفويض جمعية أبناء فناني مصر علي التعاقد مع شركة ايفاز لتحصيل حق الأداء العلني للمؤلف والمخرج وكذلك حق الأداء العلني لفناني الأداء والحقوق المجاورة وعلى أعضاء النقابات الفنية سرعة الانضمام إلى الجمعيتين واستيفاء الأوراق اللازمة حتي يتثني للشركة تحصيل حقوق الأداء العلني للأعضاء أصحاب الأعمال الفنية .
