القحطاني: الخطوة إستجابة لجهود أيان للاستثمار لتحفيز شركاتها الزميلة على إدراج أسهمها في السوق المالية لتعزيز ثقة المستثمرين وترسيخاً لمعايير الحوكمة

أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة أيان للاستثمار الأستاذ فيصل بن عبدالله القحطاني، أن صدور موافقة هيئة السوق المالية على إدراج أسهم شركة "طوارئيات للعناية الطبية"– والتي تستحوذ أيان على ما نسبته 25% من رأسمالها- في السوق الموازية "نمو" والبدء بتداول أسهمها اعتباراً من يوم الأربعاء الموافق 29 يناير 2025، تأتي ضمن الاستراتيجية الاستثمارية طويلة الأجل التي تتبناها أيان للاستثمار واستجابة للجهود التي تبذلها لحث وتحفيز شركاتها الزميلة لإدراج أسهمها في السوق المالية، لما لذلك من انعكاس إيجابي على حقوق المساهمين ومركز الشركة المالي، وترسيخاً لمعايير الحوكمة لأداء الشركة ونشاطاتها وتعزيزاً لثقة المستثمرين في سلامة وحصافة نهجها الاستثماري.

وشدد القحطاني على حرص "أيان للاستثمار" في نهجها الاستثماري على تقييم ودراسة الفرص المستقبلية لتنمية أصول الشركة ، مما من شأنه أن يسهم في تنمية المحفظة الاستثمارية وتحسين العوائد على الاستثمار ويعظّم بالتالي من حقوق المساهمين.
