أعرب فوميو إيواي سفير اليابان بالمملكة عن سعادته بزيارة يوشيماسا هاياشي، وزير الخارجية الياباني لمقر الخارجية بالمملكة .
وقال فوميو إيواي في مقطع فيديو نشره عبر حسابه على منصة إكس باللغة العربية : “أسعد الله صباحكم بكل خير وعافية وسرور، السلام عليكم يا جماعة الخير، نحن الآن متواجدون بمقر وزارة الخارجية حيث ترفرف الأعلام السعودية واليابانية انتظارًا لزيارة الوزير الياباني.
وكان السفير كتب أيضًا عبر حسابه أن وزير الخارجية الياباني يوشيماسا هاياشي والوفد المرافق له وصلوا الرياض مساء الأربعاء، لافتًا أنه تشرف بإقامة مأدبة عشاء في منزله حيث عرض عليه أحدث صورة للمملكة وذلك تحضيرًا للقاءات التي ستجرى اليوم .
وتنطلق اليوم أعمال الاجتماع الوزاري المشترك لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية وإمبراطورية اليابان، والدورة الـ157 لدول المجلس، بحضور وزراء خارجية دول مجلس التعاون، ووزير خارجية إمبراطورية اليابان يوشيماسا هاياشي، بمقر الأمانة العامة في الرياض.
