مناقشة الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لظاهرة التجارة المستترة بمسندم

ناقشت ندوة نظمها فرع غرفة تجارة وصناعة عمان بمحافظة مسندم ظاهرة التجارة المستترة وأبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، واستعرضت الممارسات الضارة بالاقتصاد الوطني.
وأكدت الندوة على أهمية إلزام الشركات بتعيين شخص من قبلها لإدارة ومتابعة أعمالها وتسجيل بيانات المستفيد الحقيقي وتحديث بياناته من وقت إلى آخر وتسليم المعلومات المطلوبة للوزارة متى ما طلب منها خلال فتره لا تتجاوز خمسة أيام من تاريخ الطلب والاحتفاظ بالسجل لمدة ١٠ سنوات.
رعى الندوة سعادة الشيخ عبدالله بن سالم الفارسي والي خصب وبحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة فرع الغرفة بمحافظة مسندم ومسؤولي الدوائر الحكومية ورواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
واستعرض محمد بن سالم الهاشمي رئيس قسم العقود بالدائرة القانونية قانون مكافحة التجارة المستترة الصادر بالقرار الوزاري رقم ٤١٢/ ٢٠٢٣م، وتطرق إلى الممارسات التي تضر بالاقتصاد الوطني بشكل عام وبالتاجر العماني بشكل خاص، حيث إن ظاهرة التجارة المستترة لها أبعاد اقتصادية واجتماعية، كما أنها ترهق أصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مشيرا أنه تم وضع آليات لتطبيق القرار، موضحا أن القرار جاء لمنع وتجنب مختلف الممارسات غير الشرعية في المؤسسات والشركات التجارية، كما سيعمل القرار إلى تنظيم سوق العمل وإتاحة الفرصة للتجار العمانيين للتنافس بكفاءاتهم على مختلف المشاريع وذلك للمساهمة في القضاء على هذه الظاهرة.
وحول التجارة المستترة قال محمد بن علي الظهوري مدير إدارة حماية المستهلك بمحافظة مسندم: أن هيئة حماية المستهلك واجهت تحديات كثيرة منها قيام أصحاب المحلات التجارية وعدد من القوى الوافدة ببيع سلع منتهية الصلاحية وسلع محظورة من قبل الهيئة، وتم ضبط المنشأة التجارية والقيام بمحضر ضبط السلعة، منوها بأن صاحب المنشأة لا يعلم ما يقوم به العامل المخالف للمنشأة التجارية، مناشدا جميع أصحاب وأرباب العمل بأهمية متابعة القوى العاملة الوافدة بصفة مستمرة التي تقوم بالبيع في أي منشأة تجارية لتجنب المساءلة القانونية.
