"تزايد للتطوير العقاري" تحصد جائزتين من "International Property Awards" عن مشروعيها "حياة ووك" و"حياة بزنس جيت"

أكدت شركة "تزايد للتطوير العقاري" موقعها الريادي في قطاع التطوير العقاري بالمملكة العربية السعودية؛ بعد فوزها بجائزتين من قِبَل المنظمة البريطانية الرائدة في مجال الجوائز العقارية "International Property Awards"، وذلك عن مشروعيها الفاخرين "حياة ووك" عن فئة المشاريع الترفيهية، و"حياة بزنس جيت" عن فئة المشاريع المكتبية.

من جانبه، عبَّر أنس الضويان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة تزايد للتطوير العقاري؛ عن سعادته الغامرة بهذا الفوز الذي جاء ليعزز مسيرة الشركة المميزة وتحقيق رؤيتها في إثراء حياة الأسرة السعودية، وتطوير وجهات حضرية مميزة بصرياً وعمرانياً، ينشط فيها المجتمع، وتبدع فيها الأجيال، ويزدهر منها الاقتصاد. ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030.

أما مشروع "حياة بزنس جيت" فهو مركز أعمال فريـد مـن نوعه، بتصميم مسـتقبلي يدعــم بيئـة العمـل العصريـة، ويقـدم المزايـا الأكثر جذبـًا للشركات الكبـرى والشركات الشبابية الناشئة، الباحثة عــن إحداث الفــارق وتحقيق الاختلاف، فــي بيئـة مميـزة تلهـم كوادرهـا وتثـري ابتكاراتهـا.

الجدير ذكره أن جوائز "International Property Awards" العقارية انطلقت قبل نحو 30 عامًا في المملكة المتحدة، وحظيت بثقة القطاع العقاري في العالم لكون الجوائز التي تقدمها يُشرف عليها نخبة من أكثر من 100 محكم حول العالم والمتخصصين في العقارات والتسويق والتصميم الداخلي والتطوير والهندسة المعمارية.
