أرباح "زين السعودية" تقفز 234% خلال الربع الثالث من 2023م

حققت "زين السعودية" أعلى إيرادات ربعية خلال الربع الثالث من العام 2023 حيث تخطت 2.5 مليار بنموٍ نسبته 10% مقارنةً بإيرادات الربع الثالث من العام الماضي، كما سجلت 285 مليون ريال أرباحاً للربع الثالث من العام 2023م، بنموٍ نسبته 234% مقارنةً بالربع المماثل من العام 2022م، كما عكست هذه النتائج الربعية المكاسب المحققة من صفقة بيع البنية التحتية للأبراج عن هذه الفترة، والتي بلغت 139 مليون ريال خلال الربع الثالث من العام 2023، كجزء من إجمالي الأثر المالي للصفقة والتي توقعت الشركة أن يبلغ 1.

1 مليار ريال سعودي على امتداد مرحلة نقل ملكية الأبراج والتي تبلغ 18 شهراً.

وتأتي هذه النتائج المالية نتيجة مواصلة النمو في كافة أعمال الشركة وتحديداً قطاع الأعمال الذي شهد إقبالاً عالياَ على الخدمات والحلول التي يقدمها في مجالات الحوسبة السحابية وإنترنت الأشياء والذكاء الاصطناعي، بالإضافة إلى النمو في إيرادات خدمات وحلول الجيل الخامس (5G)، كذلك النمو التصاعدي في خدمات الأفراد من "زين السعودية" وارتفاع الطلب على خدمات "ياقوت" الرقمية وحلول التمويل المصغر من خلال شركة "تمام للتمويل" ذراع "زين السعودية" للتقنية المالية.

وتعليقاً على هذه النتائج، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "زين السعودية" المهندس سلطان بن عبدالعزيز الدغيثر: "تظهر نتائج الربع الثالث من العام 2023م استمرار النمو في الإيرادات والأرباح ولله الحمد. حيث حققنا أعلى إيرادات ربعية منذ انطلاق زين السعودية، وهذا ما يعكس متانة إستراتيجيتنا التشغيلية والمالية المرتكزة على الابتكار والاستثمارات الموجهة نحو تعظيم الأثر التقني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وبما يعزز منظومتنا المتكاملة لخدمات الجيل الخامس (5G)، ولا سيما على مستوى قطاع الأعمال. وأود أن أشير إلى ما شهدناه خلال الربع الثالث من العام 2023، من إنجازات تسهم في تطوير المكتسبات الرقمية على مستوى المملكة، وأبرزها السبق التقني الذي حققناه بتدشين أول شبكة جيل خامس (5G) خالية من الانبعاثات الكربونية على مستوى العالم بالشراكة مع شركة البحر الأحمر الدولية؛ وأيضاً تعزيز مساهماتنا في توطين القطاع، من خلال عددٍ من الشراكات والتحالفات الإستراتيجية التي قمنا بها، أبرزها شراكتنا مع شركة الروّاد للأنظمة ، الرائدة والمتخصصة في تصميم وتطوير وتصنيع الدوائر الإلكترونية، بهدف توطين المنتجات والخبرات المتخصصة في مجال إنترنت الأشياء".

تجدر الإشارة إلى أنَّه تم ترقية تصنيف "زين السعودية" إلى تصنيف (A)، ضمن مؤشر الحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية وحوكمة الشركات (MSCI ESG Index) حيث تعكس هذه الترقية أهمية المبادرات والبرامج التي نفذتها " زين السعودية" في إطار الحفاظ على البيئة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والحوكمة الفعّالة لعملياتها التشغيلية والمالية والإدارية، أيضاَ حرصت الشركة على تعميم هذه الثقافة، من خلال مؤشرات أداء واضحة ضمن كافة إداراتها وأقسامها وعلى جميع المستويات.
