هيرخص .. قرار عاجل من الحكومة حول واردات الذهب

قدمت مريم كمال مذيعة "صدى البلد"، تغطية خاصة عن توقعات خبراء الذهب لأسعار المعدن الاصفر خلال الفترة المقبلة بعد قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء اليوم .
شاهد الفيديوفي ظل الزيادة الرهيبة في سعر جرام المعدن الأصفر، وحالة عدم الاستقرار التي تشهدها أسواق الصاغة، قرر مجلس الوزراء مد فترة واردات الذهب من الضريبة وذلك حتى شهر مايو من العام المقبل، وذلك أملا في أن يساهم هذا القرار في خفض أسعار الذهب خلال الفترة القادمة ويشهد سكونًا واستقرارًا.
وبالفعل نشرت الجريدة الرسمية في عددها الصادر اليوم قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ٤٢٨٣ لسنة ٢٠٢٣بشان قانون الضريبة علي القيمة المضافة .
وأوضح القرار انه بعد الاطلاع على الدستور ؛ وعلى قانون الضريبة على القيمة المضافة الصادر بالقانون رقم 67 لسنة ٢٠١٦ وعلى قانون الجمارك الصادر بالقانون رقم ٢٠٧ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ ؛ وعلى التعريفة الجمركية الصادرة بقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٢١٨ لسنة ٢٠٢٢ ؛وعلى قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ١٨٠١ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ بإعفاء واردات الذهب الواردة للمنافـذ الجمركية صحبة الركاب القادمين من خارج البلاد من الضريبة الجمركية والرسوم الأخرى فيما عدا الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، وذلك لمدة ستة أشهر .
وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير المالية ؛وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء ؛قرر رئيس الوزراء مد العمل بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ١٨٠١ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ المشار إليه لمدة ستة أشهر تبدأ من ١١/١١/٢٠٢٣ وتنتهي في ١٠/٥/٢٠٢٤.
ويتوقع العديد من خبراء الذهب حدوث تأثير شامل وكبير على أسعار الذهب والسوق المحلية طوال مدة 6 أشهر مقبلة، وهي مدة المبادرة حتى شهر مايو 2024، خصوصا بعد حالة التأثير الإيجابي الذي أحدثته المبادرة طوال مدة الـ6 أشهر الماضية.
حيث كان قد ساهم قرار مجلس الوزراء، الصادر في مايو الماضي، بشأن إعفاء واردات الذهب من الضريبة الجمركية والرسوم الأخرى فيما عدا الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، في حدوث توازن كبير في أسعار الذهب محليا، وتخطى حجم كميات الذهب الواردة من الخارج والمعفاة من الجمارك منذ تطبيق قرار مجلس الوزراء، ال 600 كيلو.
وأعرب نادى نجيب، سكرتير عام شعبة الذهب بالغرفة التجارية، عن ترحيبه بقرار مجلس الوزراء بشأن مد إعفاء واردات الذهب من الضريبة، مؤكدا على أن هذا القرار سيساهم فى زيادة كمية المعروض فى الأسواق، وأن تأثير هذا القرار سيكون واضحًا على السوق بشكل سريع، نظرًا لأن القرار تم تمديده بعد صدوره سابقًا.
وقال ناجي فرج مستشار وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية لشئون الذهب، إن القيمة المضافة المقرر احتسابها على الذهب المستورد مع المصريين في الخارج ستكون على تكلفة التصنيع وليس على القيمة الإجمالية للذهب.
