مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن نيتها طرح وإدراج أسهمهافي السوق الرئيسية للسوق المالية السعودية ("تداول السعودية")

تعلن شركة مستشفى الدكتور سليمان عبدالقادر فقيه ("الشركة" او "المجموعة")، والتي يشار إليها والجهات التابعة لها كمجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية، الشركة السعودية الرائدة في توفير خدمات الرعاية الصحية المتكاملة عالية الجودة، والتي نالت ثقة ملايين الأسر على مدار أربعة عقود، نيتها المضي قدماً في عملية طرح عام أولي وإدراج أسهمها العادية في السوق الرئيسية لتداول السعودية.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتم تخصيص 2,000,000 سهم، والتي تمثل نسبة 0.86% من رأس مال الشركة بعد الزيادة، كأسهم خزينة لصالح برنامج أسهم الموظفين. وتم تعيين مصرف الراجحي والبنك الأهلي السعودي والبنك العربي الوطني والبنك السعودي الأول (ساب) ومصرف الإنماء وبنك الجزيرة كجهات مستلمة لشريحة المكتتبين الأفراد.

المجموعة الرائدة في توفير خدمات الرعاية الصحية المتكاملة عالية الجودة
4 مستشفيات (ضمنها إدارة وتشغيل مستشفى نيوم) تضم حوالي 900 طبيب، و835 سريراً، و374 غرفة فحص، وحوالي 190 سريراً للعناية المركزة، و حوالي 40 غرفة عمليات.
تمتلك المجموعة 5 مجمعات طبية للرعاية الخارجية (ضمنها إدارة وتشغيل مركز نيوم للرعاية المتقدمة) تضم حوالي 220 طبيب. وتم تقديم العلاج لـ 1.5مليون مريض في عام 2023م.
تمثل كلية فقيه للعلوم الطبية ركيزة أساسية للتعليم والابتكار في قطاع الرعاية الصحية وقد وصا عدد الملتحقين بالكلية 1,800 طالب وطالبة حتى سبتمبر 2030م.
على مدارالسنوات الثلاث الماضية، صنّفت مجلة نيوزويك الأمريكية مستشفى الدكتور سليمان فقيه في جدة كأفضل مستشفى خاص في المملكة، ما يُعد دليلاً على التزام المجموعة بتقديم أعلى مستويات الرعاية الصحية وجهودها في تحسين تجارب المرضى.
تتمتع المجموعة بأداء مالي قوي وسجل حافل بالنمو
بلغ صافي إيرادات المجموعة 2.3 مليار ريال سعودي في السنة المالية 2023م، بمعدل نمو سنوي مركب بمقدار 10.8% خلال الفترة 2020م إلى 2023م.
بلغت أرباح المجموعة قبل الفائدة والضرائب والاستهلاك والإطفاء (EBITDA) 526 مليون ريال سعودي خلال السنة المالية 2023م، بمعدل نمو سنوي بنسبة 1.9%. ويصل إجمالي الأرباح قبل الفائدة والضرائب والاستهلاك والإطفاء المعدلة (Adjusted EBITDA) (التي تستثني مستشفى الدكتور سليمان فقيه الرياض الذي تم الاستحواذ عليه 29 أكتوبر 2022م) إلى 639 مليون ريال سعودي، ما يمثل 28.3% من هامش الأرباح قبل الفائدة والضرائب والاستهلاك والإطفاء، بمعدل نمو سنوي بنسبة 20.3%.
وحققت المجموعة صافي ربح بلغ 232 مليون ريال سعودي، بينما بلغ صافي الربح المعدل 414 مليون ريال سعودي خلال السنة المالية 2023م، بزيادة قدرها 15.3% على أساس سنوي، مع هامش ربح قوي بلغ 18.3%.
