تجار في "خدير" بتعز يضيقون ذرعاً بفساد رئيس محكمة تابعة للحوثيين

ذاق تجار في مديرية خدير، بتعز، التي تسيطر عليها مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية، منذ العام 2015م، ذرعاً بفضائح الفساد القضائي في المديرية.
وقالت مصادر مؤكدة لوكالة خبر، إن تجار مدينة "الدمنة" مركز المديرية، تعرضوا لممارسات ابتزاز وظلم من قبل قضاة في محكمة خدير والصلو وسامع، والتي تتخذ من مدينة "الدمنة" مقرا موحدا لها.
وأضافت المصادر إن رئيس المحكمة عبد الله القادري، أصبح مسؤولاً قضائياً فاسداً حتى النخاع، ولم يراع لأخلاقيات وشرف مهنة القضاء أي اعتبار، حيث أصبحت محكمته أشبه بوكر لابتزاز التجار، والعبث بقضاياهم لما من شأنه الحصول على أموال مدنسة.
وأكدت المصادر أن تجاراً في المديرية، تعرضت محلاتهم للإغلاق بصورة صادمة، وبتوجيهات من قبل عضو في ما يسمى "المجلس السياسي الأعلى" لجماعة الحوثي، الشيخ سلطان السامعي، المحسوب على المحافظة.
وناشد عدد من التجار كافة المنظمات الحقوقية ووسائل الاعلام، لتسليط الضوء على ممارسات فساد محكمة خدير، وما يواجهونه من ظلم وعبث ومصادرة وغلق لمحلاتهم، دون مسوغ قضائي.
وحذر حقوقيون من اندلاع صراع مسلح بين تجار المديرية، وتجار آخرين، لديهم قضايا حقوقية، لم تقم المحكمة بحسمها بحسب الشرع والقانون، بل إن المحكمة، أصبحت طرفاً في الكثير منها، لانحيازها لأطراف أخرى، مقابل المال.
