زيادة فى المركز المالى للصندوق الزمالة بـ"الوفد" والاستعداد لإعداد دراسة اكتوارية

عقد مجلس إدارة صندوق الزمالة للعاملين يجريدة الوفد برئاسة عبدالرحيم أبو شامة، صباح اليوم الأحد الموافق الثامن من شهر سبتمبر 2024، اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادية للصندوق في الدور الاول بالجريدة، وذلك بعد اكتمال النصاب القانوني.
جاء ذلك بحضور رئيس ومجلس إدارة الصندوق بعد إعادة تشكيله: عبد الرحيم أبوشامة رئيساً لمجلس الادارة، ومحمد سيد أمينًا للصندوق ومحمد خضر مديرًا وعضوية كل من حنان عثمان و د.
وعرض رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق مؤشرات أداء الصندوق خلال العام المنقضى في 31 ديسمبر 2023، وحجم الأصول وعوائد الاستثمار والمصروفات والايرادات، وتناول الموقف المالى للصندوق بعد مناقشة الميزانية، مؤكداً قوة المركز المالي للصندوق.
وأوضح أن بنود ميزانية العام المالي 2023 تشير إلى ارتفاع في كل من صافي الاحتياطيات الفنية والأصول والمركز المالي حيث ارتفعت بنحو 700 ألف جنيه، وأنه تم صرف نحو مليون جنيه تعويضات مستحقة للخارجين على المعاش خلال العام الجاري.
وأشار رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق إلى استعداد المجلس لإجراء دراسة اكتوارية لزيادة الميزة التأمينية بنهاية العام الجاري 2024 . كما أوضح أنه تمت الموافقة على ميزانية الصندوق واعتماد مراقب الحسابات وتحديد أتعابه.
من ناحيتهم وجه أعضاء الجمعية العمومية الشكر إلى رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الصندوق على الطفرة المحققة في عوائد الاستثمار فى الصندوق.
