السجن والغرامة لنجل زوجة الشيف الشربيني لدهسه عاملاً

أصدرت محكمة مصرية حكماً بالسجن عاماً مع الشغل والغرامة 100 ألف جنيه على نجل زوجة الشيف الشيربيني، في حادث دهس لعامل توصيل طلبات، على ذمة اتهامه بتمكين قاصر من قيادة سيارته.
وكانت النيابة أصدرت قراراً الشهر الماضي بحبس نجل زوجة الشيف المصري 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، لاتهامه بقتل قائد دراجة نارية خطأ، بعدما صدمه بسيارته في الجيزة، وأمرت بعرضه على الطب الشرعي لإجراء تحليل مخدرات له.
وتم إحالة القضية إلى نيابة محكمة جنح الطفل بالشيخ زايد، نظراً لصغر سن المتهم.
إخلاء سبيل الشيف الشربيني وإجراء تحليل مخدرات لابن زوجته - موقع 24قررت النيابة العامة في مصر إخلاء سبيل الشيف الشربيني بضمان مالي قدره 20 ألف جنيه، في حادث دهس نجل زوجته لعامل توصيل طلبات، على ذمة اتهامه بتمكين قاصر من قيادة سيارته.وحسب أقوال المتهم أمام النيابة، استولى على مفتاح السيارة الخاصة بزوج والدته للذهاب إلى السوبر ماركت، وأثناء القيادة فوجئ بدراجة نارية يقودها عامل "دليفري" يغير الحارة المرورية فجأة، ما أدى إلى وقوع التصادم.
وأكد المتهم أنه توقف بعد الحادث نتيجة تعطل السيارة، واتصل بزوج والدته لإبلاغه بالواقعة، لكنه غادر الموقع خشية الاعتداء عليه من قبل المارة وأصدقاء المجني عليه.
وكان الشيف الشربيني قد تمكن من الوصول إلى نجل زوجته بعد الهروب، واصطحبه معه إلى قسم الشرطة وسلّمه لرجال المباحث بنفسه، مؤكداً على تواصله مع أسرة المجني عليه، وعرضه عليهم التكفل بالمصاريف والتعويض.
ووفقاً لشهود عيان فإن سيارة الشيف من نوع "رينج روفر"، كانت تسير بتهور في أحد شوارع المدينة، ما أدى إلى وقوع الحادث المروع، ثم لاذ السائق بالفرار من موقع الحادث، دون تقديم المساعدة للضحية.
