استطاع مستشفى دله النخيل بالرياض، أن يحقق تميزا جديدا في إحراز الجوائز على المستويين محليا وخارجيا، واستطاع المستشفى أن يفوز بجائزة أفضل مستشفى في خدمات الطوارئ - المملكة العربية السعودية 2024، المقدمة من مجلة Business Tabloid العالمية،حيث نال المستشفى هذه الجائزة عن جدارة واستحقاق.
ويأتي فوز قسم الطوارئ بالمستشفى، بهذه الجائزة المرموقة، نسبة لما يتميز به القسم من عدة مزايا وإمكانيات، يتمثل أبرزها في سرعة تقديمه لخدمات الرعاية الصحية للحالات الطارئة، بطريقة سريعة وآمنة ومستقرة، وبجودة عالية، علاوة على استخدام أحدث الأجهزة والأدوات الطبية ذات التقنيات العالية، بجانب تقديم القسم لخدمات الطوارئ على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.

وتابع د. الهنداس، أن قسم الطوارئ بالمستشفى، يضم فرق عمل للطوارئ على أهبة الاستعدادت لتقديم الرعاية الطبية العاجلة، مشيرا إلى أن القسم يضم أطباء طب الطوارئ، والممرضات، والممرضين الممارسين، ومجموعة من المسعفين الطبيين، والفنيين، إلى جانب عدد من الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين، حيث تعمل هذه المجموعة بتناسق وتناغم وتعاون تام مع بعضها البعض ، وهي مدربة على التصرف بسرعة وتوفير الرعاية التي ترتكز على المريض، كأولى الأولويات.
