آخر تحديث: 5 أبريل 2025 - 10:53 ص بغداد/ شبكة أخبار العراق- تداولت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، خلال الساعات الماضية، مقطع فيديو يظهر فيه سعود يونس الحاصود، شقيق رئيس مجلس محافظة نينوى أحمد يونس الحاصود، موجهاً اتهامات مباشرة لشقيقه بتزوير شهادة الدراسة الإعدادية، وليس فقط شهادة الدكتوراه، وقال سعود في مقطع الفيديو الأول، وننشره ادناه ، إن شقيقه (أحمد) لا يجيد حتى “كلمة إنجليزية واحدة”، وإنه رسب لست سنوات في الصف السادس الأدبي، وفي السنة السابعة أدخلوا شخصاً بديلاً للامتحان عنه مقابل رشوة قدرها مليون وستمائة دينار في قضاء مخمور.
وأضاف سعود في الفيديو الأول، أن شقيقه أحمد درس طب الأسنان في أوكرانيا رغم كونه خريج الفرع الأدبي، وحين عاد إلى العراق أخفق في اجتياز امتحان معادلة الشهادة ست مرات، كما اتهمه بالضلوع في “جريمة” بالاشتراك مع المدعو كهلان الحاصود.غير أن سعود يونس الحاصود عاد بعد وقت قصير للظهور في مقطع فيديو جديد تنشره أدناه وكالة شفق نيوز، اعتذر فيه عن تصريحاته السابقة، مؤكداً أنه كان في “حالة انهيار نفسي وتحت ضغط بعض الجهات”.وتحدث أيضاً عن جريمة القتل قائلاً: “كان عندي طير عزيز عليّ، أشقائي قتلوه”.وأوضح في الفيديو الثاني أنه يعتذر عمّا بدر منه تجاه عائلته (الحاصود)، مرجعاً ذلك إلى “ضغوط نفسية، وعصبية، ومساومة من بعض الجهات”، مشدداً على أنه “لم تكن لديه أي نية للإساءة أو القصد تجاههم”. https://media.shafaq.com/media/arcella_v/1743829721728.mp4 https://media.shafaq.com/media/arcella_v/1743829722222.mp4

كما استعرض الدكتور العويسي أمام سموه الخطط التشغيلية الحديثة للهيئة التي أطلقتها في المدن والمحافظات، من خلال تصنيفها لقطاعات إسعافية متخصصة، بهدف تقليص زمن الاستجابة للبلاغات الطارئة وضمان تقديم الخدمات بكفاءة عالية.
