مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يستأصل "23" ورماً منتشراً بالغدد "الدرقية واللمفاوية"

وضع مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، حداً لمعاناة رجل عمره "46" عاماً مع أورام منتشرة في "23"، موضعاً بالغدة الدرقية والغدد اللمفاوية، وتم استئصالها بنجاح بشكل آمن ودقيق، ودون أي مضاعفات، ذكر ذلك د. فاضل الحرز استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحة الغدد الصماء، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
والذي قال أن المراجع قَدِم إلى عيادة الغدد الصماء، مشتكياً من انتفاخ بالرقبة، وأظهرت الفحوصات وجود تضخم بالغدد اللمفاوية، وتم تحويله إلى عيادة الجراحة، وخضع للمزيد من الفحوصات حيث أظهر "فحص السونار" وجود تضخم في الغدد اللمفاوية بالرقبة الجانبية، فتم أخذ خزعة وفحصها، وبينت النتائج انتشار الورم السرطاني من الغدة الدرقية إلى عدد كبير من الغدد اللمفاوية الجانبية، فتم اخضاعه للمزيد من الفحوصات والإجراءات الطبية، حيث أجريت له أشعة مقطعية للرأس، وتصوير إشعاعي للصدر والقلب للتأكد من سلامة هذه الأعضاء، وعرضه على استشاريي الأنف والأذن والحنجرة، لفحص الحبال الصوتية، كما عاينه استشاري التخدير، وتم إخضاعه لعملية كبيرة تحت التخدير الكامل، وجرى فيها استئصال الغدة الدرقية كاملة، وكذلك الغدد اللمفاوية المركزية بالجهتين اليمنى واليسرى إضافة إلى استئصال الغدد اللمفاوية الجانبية من المستوى الثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس والسادس، وقد بلغ عدد الأورام التي استؤصلت من الغدة الدرقة "9" أورام، وعدد الغدد اللمفاوية التي تم إزالتها "48" غدة، "14" منها تحتوي على أورام سرطانية، ومضت العملية بصورة سلسلة، وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي في النهاية بالنجاح التام، وتم نقل المراجع بحالة مستقرة إلى العناية المركزة، حيث وضع تحت المراقبة الطبية لمدة "24" ساعة، قبل أن يحول إلى غرفة التنويم، وتحسنت حالته الصحية باضطراد مع العناية الطبية الحثيثة، وغادر المستشفى لاحقاً بحالة صحية ممتازة، وأكدت فحوصات ما بعد العملية إزالة كافة الأورام بدقة متناهية، مع الحفاظ سلامة الصوت وعلى الأوردية و الشرايين المجاورة.
