إقامة دبي تنظم لقاءً ضمن شركاء الريادة لترسيخ نموذج الحكومة المتكاملة

نظّمت الإدارة العامة للإقامة وشؤون الأجانب في دبي لقاءً تنسيقيًا ضمن الدورة الثانية من مبادرة "شركاء الريادة"، التابعة لبرنامج دبي للتميّز الحكومي، بهدف ترسيخ نموذج الحكومة المتكاملة وتعزيز الشراكة بين الجهات الحكومية.
حضر اللقاء عدد من مديري العموم من الجهات الحكومية في دبي، منها هيئة تنمية المجتمع، ودائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة دبي، ودائرة الشؤون القانونية، ومؤسسة الأوقاف وإدارة أموال القُصّر، ومجلس دبي الرياضي.
وناقش المشاركون آليات تطوير الأداء المؤسسي وتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة الموارد والكفاءة المالية، كما تم اعتماد خطة عمل مشتركة بين إقامة دبي والجهات المشاركة، تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الخدمات وتعزيز الجاهزية واستدامة التميز الحكومي بما ينسجم مع توجهات دبي المستقبلية.
أخبار ذات صلةوأكد الفريق محمد أحمد المري، مدير عام إقامة دبي، أن اللقاء يجسد فلسفة العمل الحكومي القائم على الشراكة، مشيرًا إلى أن توجيهات القيادة الرشيدة بأن تكون دبي في قلب التغيير، لا على هامشه، تشكل دافعاً للاستمرار في دعم منظومة التميز، مضيفًا أن الريادة لا تُقاس بالإنجازات الفردية بل بصناعة الأثر الجماعي.
وتعد هذه المبادرة امتدادًا لرؤية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، وتوجيهات سموّ الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وزير الدفاع، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، نحو ترسيخ نموذج حكومي عالمي يعزز التكامل المؤسسي ويستبق تحديات المستقبل.
