Hamas: 66 Children Have Died in Gaza Due to Israeli-Induced Starvation

The Hamas movement said on Sunday, June 29, 2025, that 66 Palestinian children have lost their lives in Gaza as a result of complications from malnutrition and famine caused by the Israeli-imposed blockade on the Strip, part of what it described as an ongoing genocide since October.

 

In an official statement, the movement said:"The government of war criminal Netanyahu has imposed a suffocating siege and systematic starvation on the Gaza Strip since the beginning of March 2025.

"

It added that "the brutal crimes committed against children—through starvation, bombardment, and massacres—constitute a flagrant violation of international laws and humanitarian values."

Hamas also stated: "The occupation continues to commit these crimes knowing it is shielded from accountability."

The movement called on the international community to take urgent and immediate action to stop the ongoing crime of starvation.
