الصندوق العقاري السعودي: إيداع 942 مليون ريال لمستفيدي سكني لشهر سبتمبر

الرياض - مباشر: أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية بالسعودية اليوم الإثنين، عن إيداع 942 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي "سكني" من وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان و"الصندوق العقاري" لشهر سبتمبر/ أيلول 2023، في إطار جهوده المتواصلة لدعم المستفيدين، تحقيقًا لأهداف برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج المملكة 2030.
وأضح الرئيس التنفيذي للصندوق منصور بن ماضي، بحسب بيان للصندوق ،أن إجمالي الدعم لشهر سبتمبر/ أيلول بلغ 942 مليون ريال، خُصصت دعماً لأرباح عقود التمويل العقاري، مبيناً أن إجمالي ما تم إيداعه في حسابات مستفيدي سكني منذ إعلان برنامج التحوّل في يونيو/ حزيران 2017 حتى شهر سبتمبر / أيلول 2023 بلغ نحو 52.
وأفاد الصندوق أن برنامج الدعم السكني المحدّث وما يتضمنه من حلول وخيارات تمويلية وسكنية، إضافة إلى برامج الدعم كبرنامج الرهن الميسر وضمانات، تأتي بهدف تمكين المستفيدين من تملّك المسكن الملائم وفق احتياجاتهم وقدراتهم التمويلية، لافتاً إلى أن هذه البرامج مكَّنت أكثر من 722 ألف مستفيدٍ من يونيو/ حزيران 2017 حتى سبتمبر / أيلول الجاري.
