إنقاذ سيدة حامل من الموت بمستشفى أشمون بالمنوفية

تمكن قسم قسطرة القلب بمستشفى أشمون العام بمحافظة المنوفية، من إنقاذ سيدة حامل بالشهر الثامن، من الموت المحقق، حيث وجهت الدكتورة رشا خضر وكيل مديرية الصحة بالمنوفية بنقل السيدة فريدة حامل بالشهر الثامن من مستشفى بركة السبع عن طريق عربة إسعاف مجهزة بالكامل مع طيب رعايه وطبيب نساء من مستشفى بركة السبع لمستشفى اشمون العام.
وتم استقبال المريضة بقسم قسطرة مستشفي اشمون العام وعمل الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة للمريضة تبين وجود انشطار كامل بالشريان التاجى الأيسر مع الام شديدة بالصدر.
من جانبة أمر الدكتور ابراهيم السيد مدير المستشفي استدعاء اخصائي النساء والتوليد بالمستشفى لعمل الفحوصات اللازمة وعمل سونار للمريضة للتأكد من سلامه الجنين، وأمر الدكتور عبد الرحمن البقيرى بدخول الحاله لعمل قسطرة، وتم التعامل مع الحاله وتم فتح الشريان التاجي وتركيب عدد اتنين دعامه للمريضة والمريضه بحاله جيده، والجنين أيضا.
ووجة مدير المستشفى الشكر للفريق الطبى الذى شارك فى إجراء العملية الدكتور احمد عفيفي، الدكتور احمد شخبه، الدكتور احمد رمضان الحافى،
ولفريق العمل من فنيين وتمريض وعلى رأسهم هانى اخصائي اشعة، محمد طه، وسيد ابو دشيش المسئول الإدارى بالوحدة.

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنهاء معاناة مراجعة عمرها "68" عاماً، كانت قد خضعت لعملية استئصال ورم glioblastoma بالرأس، ونتج عنها التهاب وجرح مزمن مفتوح أدى لانكشاف السحايا، ومضاعفات أخرى، وأجرى لها فريق طبي مشترك قاده د. سامر الهبر استشاري جراحة التجميل، ود. عبدالرزاق العوجان استشاري جراحة المخ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري، عملية جراحية معقدة.
وقال د. الهبر، أن المراجعة وصلت إلى المستشفى بحالة معقدة، مضيفاً أن معاناتها بدأت بعدما تسببت العلاجات الإشعاعية والكيماوية التي خضعت لها للسيطرة على الخلايا السرطانية، في انفتاح الجرح، وإزداد الأمر سوءاً بالتهابه وبروز المعدن المُثبِت لعظم الجمجمة وانكشاف السحايا، فتولى علاجه فريق الأمراض المعدية باستخدام مضادات الالتهاب القوية عبر الوريد، من خلال جهاز يسمح للمراجعة بتلقي العلاج وهي في منزلها، إلا أن استجابتها كانت ضعيفة، فتم احالتها إلى قسم جراحة التجميل، وخضعت لخطة علاجية متكاملة، بدأت بتنظيف الجرح ونزع كل الأدوات الملتهبة من السحايا ومن الجمجمة، وفي المرحلة الثانية جرى ترقيع السحايا بغطاء تم استخراجه من غشاء العظم ومن العضل، وفي المرحلة الأخيرة من التدخل الطبي تم استخدام جلد حيّ من فروة الرأس لرتق الفجوة الناتجة عن الالتهابات وحماية السحايا ورقعة الغشاء.
