رتال توقع اتفاقية مع شركة روشن لتطوير 363 وحدة سكنية بقيمة تصل إلى 375 مليون ريال في حي سدرة في الرياض

وقعت شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني، الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري، اتفاقية مع شركة روشن، المملوكة بالكامل لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، لشراء أراضي بغرض تطوير 363 وحدة سكنية بمساحات وتصاميم متنوعة في حي سدرة السكني في مدينة الرياض بقيمة تقديرية تصل إلى 375 مليون ريال.
وقال المهندس عبدالله البريكان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة رتال: إن هذه الشراكة مع روشن هي امتداد للشراكات والعمل السابق مع شركة روشن حيث تعمل رتال حاليا على تطوير أكثر من 1000 وحدة سكنية ضمن المخطط الرئيسي لحي سدرة.

وأوضح البريكان أن رتال وروشن تسعيان سويا لتحقيق هدف مشترك يلبي تطلعات التطوير العمراني ضمن منهجية رؤية 2030، والتي تركز على إقامة مجتمعات سكنية تهدف لتحقيق أعلى متطلبات جودة الحياة.
وأوضحت الشركة أن للمشروع أثر إيجابي على الحصة السوقية لرتال في مدينة الرياض.
