مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ "سبعيني" عانى من انسداد كامل بالشرايين التاجية بعملية قسطرة "عالية الخطورة"

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عبر فريق طبي متخصص في إجراء عملية قسطرة "عالية الخطورة" باستخدام مضخة القلب الخارجيه "Impella"، وذلك لإنقاذ حياة مريض بالعقد السابع من العمر، إثر تعرضه لجلطات قلبية حادة أدت لشعوره بالألم الشديد في منطقة الصدر وصعوبة بالتنفس، ذكر ذلك الدكتور المعتصم بالله طرابلسي استشاري أمراض القلب والقسطرة التداخلية الحاصل على الزمالة الأمريكية رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأن أهل المريض لاحظوا تدهوراً تدريجياً في حالته الصحية أثناء تواجده بالمنزل على مدار يوم كامل، وفي منتصف ليل اليوم الثاني زادت حدة الأعراض والآلام مع التعرق والغثيان الشديد وصعوبة التنفس، الأمر الذي دفعهم للإتصال بالخط الساخن لخدمة التدخل الإسعافي السريع (RRT)، التي توفرها مستشفيات مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، وفور وصول الفريق الطبي للمنزل، قدم الإسعافات الأولية وأجرى عدداً من الفحوصات والتحاليل المخبرية ومراجعة العلامات الحيوية، للتأكد من معدلات النبض والأكسجين، وأظهرت النتائج وجود ارتفاع شديد بانزيمات القلب، على الفور تم نقل المريض بسيارة الإسعاف الذكية ومراقبته خلال الطريق عبر شبكة داخلية تتيح لاستشاريي الطوارىء تقديم النصائح الطبية حتى وصوله للمستشفى، وكان في استقباله فريق طبي متكامل، حيث تم وضعه مباشرة على جهاز التنفس الإصطناعي، وإخضاعه لفحص بالموجات فوق الصوتية (ECHO).
