زاخاروفا: زيلينسكي ليس أول “حليف” لواشنطن يقع ضحية الانتخابات الأمريكية

روسيا – أكدت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا، إن موسكو حذرت كثيرا من التأثير الكارثي للانتخابات الأمريكية على السياسة الخارجية للولايات المتحدة.
وأضافت زاخاروفا: “ولكن فلاديمير زيلينسكي لم يدرك ذلك إلا الآن، عندما أصبح هو نفسه “ضحية” لهذه السمة المميزة للنظام السياسي الأمريكي.
وأشارت زاخاروفا على قناتها في تطبيق تيلغرام إلى تصريح زيلينسكي بأن كييف أصبحت رهينة للعملية الانتخابية الأمريكية فيما يتعلق بتخصيص المساعدات عبر الكونغرس الأمريكي.
وقالت: “وهل لم تكن هناك انتخابات في الولايات المتحدة حتى عام 2024، أليس كذلك؟ أم أن الانتخابات الرئاسية التي لم تجر في أوكرانيا انتقلت إلى الولايات المتحدة؟ أفهم أن زيلينسكي يود أن يعتقد أنه الوحيد في هذا الدور وكل شيء يدور من حوله، ولكن لا. هو مجرد سطر واحد من قائمة طويلة من ضحايا “الانتخابات الأمريكية”، أو بشكل أكثر دقة، ضحايا المنظومة الأمريكية. هو أحد الذين كانوا على قناعة راسخة بأن الولايات المتحدة هي حليفتهم”.
وأكدت زاخاروفا أن وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف أشار مرات عديدة إلى أن المشاكل الدولية تحولت إلى رهينة للعملية الانتخابية الأمريكية.
ويرى لافروف أن السلطة العاملة في الولايات المتحدة تأخذ دائما بالاعتبار الانتخابات، وتفكر كيف يمكنها التأكد من أن تحركها على الساحة الخارجية سيجلب الفائدة لمرشحي حزبها.
وقارنت زاخاروفا الوضع في أوكرانيا حاليا، بالأحداث التي وقعت في فيتنام الجنوبية الموالية لأمريكا في أوائل الستينيات من القرن الماضي. في ذلك الوقت دعمت واشنطن، قادة النظام القائم في سايغون. ووعدتهم الولايات بتقديم مساعدة واسعة النطاق وساهمت في تقسيم البلاد. في عام 1961، زار نائب الرئيس الأمريكي ليندون جونسون، سايغون، ولكن في عام 1963، تمت الإطاحة بـ “حلفاء واشنطن” في انقلاب عسكري وقتلهم.
ولاحظت زوجة أحد الزعماء المخلوعين في وقت لاحق: ” الذين لديهم الولايات المتحدة كحليف لا يحتاجون إلى أعداء”. وفي عام 1975، أصبح معروفا أن الولايات المتحدة كانت على علم بالانقلاب الوشيك، لكنها قررت عدم إيقافه.
ونوهت زاخاروفا بأن الجانب الروسي، حذر من مغبة التحالف مع واشنطن، لكن كل ما في الأمر هو أنه لم يرغب أي أحد في فهم ذلك. أو لم يستطع. ولكن الآن أخذوا يدركون.
